Hello!! I think if it did work , it would work for a short period of time. The hair is not hair that last for a really long time . So you could try to see.

Q: Why are the reviews so poor? Is this a good purchase for the price? Can heat be applied to it safely?

Actually this is a really good product for the price 3 packs can cover the whole head its light weight and I wouldn't reccomend heat not that I've tried it's just better to be safe than sorry test it out on an end piece if you'd like they are thick without being heavy unless you get it wet (swimming or washing) Most people dont write reviews so it's hard to be sure what you're getting but I can say this is what you're looking for

It sheds and don't curl .. for me it's a no .. It's only good if u want a straight look

It's definitely blended and it shreds like crazy make only a ponytail with it
