Been using this iron for about a week and have to say - I love it! As another reviewer mentioned, because it is rounded and has a more conventional curling iron type clip that you open to put in your section of hair and let go of, it takes the guesswork out of how to hold it and ease of use is wayyy better than trying to use a regular tong-style flat iron to get beautiful curls. I have very thick, wavy to curly hair and this is great for morning touch ups. I used it as a flatiron today for the first time and it didn’t disappoint in that regard either. Since you don’t have the control on how hard to clamp down like with a regular flat iron, I thought it might not work as well, but the flowing air keeps it cool enough to be able to touch the outside and clamp it down harder if you want - at least on the 390 degree setting for about 30 mins or so. The sound is not loud at all and you barely notice it once you get going. I love how I know it’s ready when I hear the whir of it starting and not having to be reliant on an indicator light only.All in all, the extras you get with this iron + the beautiful packaging + the more than reasonable price + the functionality and versatility of the iron itself ... really makes it amazing - a great find!

I just tried the BeKind Flex and I love, love LOVE it! Hands down the best iron I have ever owned. Time to donate my curling and flat irons!The only downside I have discovered is that the iron will just shut down, which is weird since I was still actively using it. Not sure if this is a fail-safe to keep the iron from overheating, or if this is something of a defect with the one I got? I don't know if this is something that will be irritating to me later on down the line, but at this point it's not a big issue since all I have to do is turn the switch off and then back on again, and in less than 30 seconds (maybe even less than that), the iron is ready to go again.I like that the price if the flex iron was competitively reasonable and didn't break the bank. Easy to use. And helps my hair look so shiney! I hope the style really does hold for 24 hours so I can show it off to the girls at work in the morning. The iron came with some bonuses: some cute ponytail holders, 2 black scrunchies, colorful Bobby pins, 2 alligator hair clips, a glove and a handy little cinch pouch to carry the iron in when traveling.Amazon was super awesome and delivered my Flex iron a day earlier than expected. I will try posting some pictures later.

This is very easy to use, the end does not get hot so you can actually hold it if needed. I don’t have to use the highest heat either. Nice curls that last. I like that it fans the curl also which I believe helps to set the curl.

My "expensive" flat iron quit working and I decided to give this one a try because it looked different than most, and it was a lot less expensive.I have extremely straight hair that is difficult to curl and will not hold curl. This is a game changer!! Beautiful curls and soooo easy to use. Just a few seconds on each section of hair and you get beautiful curls. I have had so many compliments on my hair. My curls stay all day! As a flat iron, it works great too!If you are hesitant in purchasing because of the brand and/or price, don't be! You will love it!

Maybe I’m doing something wrong but the outside of it is completely cool and does not curl that part of the hair at all leaving a limp crimped piece of hair. Straightens fine but not as well as any other flat iron I’ve used

Well, this is amazing. This tool creates amazing curl not just on my real hair but also my heat friendly synthetic wigs! It also came with curl instructions, a heat glove, and some gifts! I'm so happy I purchased this hair tool! It does what my more expensive straighteners cannot. I would absolutely purchase this again, and I highly recommend it!

I liked all the extra items that came with the product. However, did not like the quality of the curl or straightener. Did not curl well or remain straightened throughout the day. Would not recommend.

I’ve used this tool mostly to straighten my hair, but you can also give your hair some curl too! I like how it blows cool air to set your style while you’re using it. However, if you press the plates too hard your hair will catch and break.
