It didn't change my color at all. I went back and double checked that I didn't do anything wrong. Nope. Everything to a tee. It didn't change the color of my hair at all. I color my hair fairly often and this is the worse experience I've had. I'm more disappointed than anything.

I wasn't expecting a miracle with this product and I'm not even disappointed with the results. Infact I'm quite the opposite as it worked like a toner and removed the brassiness. My hair was darkest brown and I got it to a slight ginger colour but this definitely took the orange out of it. I'll definitely buy again as a toner!

Great product easy to use not too watery so simple to apply. It’s gentle on hair and results depend on your tone of hair but it does cool hair shade down. Y
