I have purchased several of these doors over the past 2 years for various customer projects. Contrary to other reviews I have not had any issues with the handles rusting (sounds like the seller had a bad batch of handles) However, I did have a handle screw strip out once, I contacted seller (King Outdoor) and they promptly sent me a replacement handle set free of charge. Will buy again, good quality & good customer service.

Sorry ,but I can't give a thumb up. the BBQ ACCESS DOOR* NEW Elegant 39 Inch 304 Grade is rusting up after 1 month of installation !! I really feel cheated , I paid lots of money for something that doesn't meet the description . 304 Grade ! what does it REALLY means ?????

Used for outdoor kitchen w/drop in grill. Turned out nice. Happy with results.

It was just like it was shown on Amazon. Doors and handles are very sturdy and sleek. Very pleased with the product and seller.

The doors arrived quickly and looked fine. I have had them installed in my bbq island a little less than a year. My issue is the handles are already rusting. When we were shopping for doors for the island, they were SO expensive ($550)...but we were shopping at a grill store which as we all know always has a huge markup on their items. After looking on amazon and finding these doors I was confident they were comparable to the grilling stores doors. I guess, as usual, you get what you pay for. I probably should have just paid the extra money.

The door seems fine. The reason I knocked off a star was due to poor product description (which caused us extra work).King - most other manufacturers provide a link to actual product schematics. You should do that too.Actual Dimensions are:Frame: 38.5"x24.5" (the product description wrongly states 39 x 26).Opening: 34.375"x20.125" (the product description does not state this at all).
