I have been taking these collagen pills for about 1 weeks and I am already starting to notice changes. My skin feels much more hydrated and has better elasticity, especially on my face. I have also noticed an improvement in my nails, which used to break easily, and now they are stronger.

I took these for 2 months. I'm 58 and hair is getting thin, this really helped a lot for that purpose and nails grew nicely. I didn't reorder due to my finances right now but they worked for me.Did not notice any pain relief, that I remember, but may have.

I love it. So far I have been taking it 2 weeks. I noticed a big change in my knees the first week. I have runners knee from running and standing on my feet at work and I noticed since I have been taking these my knees are in less pain. It really is working.

Was suggested to start taking these. They are so big - I have to take them with LOTS of liquid so I don’t choke. No taste, though. No side effects.

I bought it for my wife as it supposed to help her joint health. After taking one tablet daily for one week, her joints became worse so she stopped it.
