ChromaLabel0.75 Inch Clean Remove Color Code Tape, 500 Inch Roll, White

I was so disappointed when Post-it stopped making its colored labeling tape w/dispenser, but am SO glad I found this! Its just as good or even better for labeling my food items in freezer or attaching labels to anything. The surface of tape is slightly plasticized but any Sharpie works great. The tape is sturdy, adheres well, (but is still easy to peel off if necessary), and stays fresh looking. I bought the 3/4" width roll and it fits perfectly in my Scotch tape dispenser so no need to use scissors. I just realized I also bought color coded labels from this company some time ago and was very happy with those too - both for color assortment and quality! Happy to find great, quality products from a U.S. based company! They are now my go-to company of all my office and home labeling needs!

I use this to label household wiring with sharpie markers. Writing with pencils doesn't work well. This tape clings better than Post-it's "Super Sticky" "Label Roll", Scotch 3M's Low Tack Artist Tape, Duck Freezer Tape, or Scotch Freezer Tape. Yet, this ChromaLabel tape releases without residue (though I haven't tested release after more than a few minutes).You can much better write with PENCIL on both the Scotch Low Tack Artist Tape and Post-it Label Roll.

What can I say? It serves its purpose well. I've had some other label tapes that fell off too easy, or were too difficult to remove. I mainly use this for laboratory glassware, but in that application it seems to hit the sweet spot in that regard. I've also used some label tapes that were fairly difficult to write on--with a finish that rejected certain types of writing instruments or inks. So far, so good for everything I've attempted to write on this stuff with.

Exactly what I was looking for to label my freezer & fridge foods. It tears easily, easy to apply, doesn't come off in the freezer and easy to pull off the container. I use a permanent marker. It's a great product at a good price. The bonus is you can make it as long as you need and not limited to the size of a label. Pretty color. I'll be ordering this again.

Excellent product! Does exactly what it says. Most labels either (1) fall off in the freezer or (2) have to be scraped off to reuse the container. This product does NEITHER. Stays on when you need it to, and removes easily, all in one piece, when it is time to change the label.

I mark everything in the fridge by date and name. I use this on my Rubbermaid Brillante storage. I label jars with a Sharpie showing the date opened.

I make a lot of freezer meals for my 88 year old mom, and this tape is perfect for those containers; easy to write on, sticks well, yet removes easily for washing & re-using the container.

Looking for an alternative to lab tape for use at home. This tape is ok but it won’t stick to glass (I wrapped it around itself in the photo). I can use it for lots of other stuff, but in a lab this would be limiting.
