It is better then Boast VHC
I Cannot rate on the taste, I live via feeding tube so trying to maintain weight is a daily problem, This product works well and agrees with by body well, I use to use Boost VHC but my body just hated it, Made me slow and sluggish just felt terrible, After all Boast VHC is just corn syrup . I use 4 scoops a day in conjunction with my other all natural meal replacement to keep my weight stable.
