I did wear this through the airport for many years. This year they asked me take it off and I said I couldn't so they took me to a private room so they could inspect it.

It is made to be worn over a bra and under your shirt. To access it, you would want to go to a restroom and pull up your shirt. This item is best for extra cash and credit cards that you are carrying but don't need to access that travel day.

Q: How long is the strap? I’m fairly large and worry that this wouldn’t sit comfortably across my girth.
