I ordered and quickly received the Big Balance Stand for Universal Smartphones/Tablets - Retail Packaging - Black. This item is compatible with iPhones 5/5s/6/6+ - Samsung S4/5/6 - Note 3/4 & iPad Mini. This is a universal holder for smartphones and tablets. This kit includes one (1) bracket holder; one (1) Swivel Head Adapter; one (1) 1/4" -20 C-ring Bolt; one (1) 1/4" 20 Nut; two (2) silicone Washers and user instructions on the back of the product packaging. It includes the main gizmo and also a screw/bolt and a couple of rubber washers. You don't necessarily need to use both washers. You don't necessarily need to use the screw and bolt. If you are simply going to sit this on your table or desk, you don't need to use the bolt, screw, washers. The bolt, screw, washers are for you to use if you attach this item to something. It also swivels if you want it to by loosening it enough to do that and therefore you can turn it towards you, etc. I have a mini iPad, the very first generation, and it fits my iPad perfectly. It is hard, durable plastic and it's solid black except for the bolt and screw. However, I think it really should include or display something that gives people a better idea as to what exactly this is and how it can be used.I received this free or virtually so for product testing and review.
