The first New Horween Leather Wallet to make it to our line: Our Bifold Credit Card Wallet! The Horween Tannery makes leathers that are beautifully natural and incredibly durable. Our Horween Leather Bifold Wallet design is made for those who like to carry many credit cards or ID's. It comes with a large cash compartment and six credit card pockets with two additional pockets under the card pockets. Below you'll find a brief description of some of these leathers we've decided to offer (some of these only have in limited quantities). Measures: Roughly 4 ¼" L x 3 ⅞" W folded Horween Chromexcel Description: Chromexcel is the original "pull-up" leather meaning that, when folded and stressed, oils and waxes that were impregnated into the hide during the tanning process, move around causing a very nice tonal effect. This leather can be polished to have a bright luster or can be left unpolished to have more of a matte finish look. In fact, if left unhandled for a period of time, these leather will get a "fog" on the surface that's really just the waxes rising to the surface. This "Bloom" can be removed by polishing with a soft cloth. Horween is the only maker of authentic Chromexcel Leather. *Horween Red Brown Chromexcel: This leather starts a deep dark burgundy and lightens to a brighter red in the areas that are stressed with use. With time this wallet will develop a unique character unique to you and your wallet.
