So far so good. The outer cover material is great, it doesn't snag things like other expandable hoses. Also, before I received the hose I was contacted by the makers stating that they stand behind behind the quality of the hose and to contact them if I have any issues. That was the first time I've been contacted by the makers before I receive their product. Awesome!UPDATE: Using the hose this morning to water my garden, it ruptured. I am broken hearted because I really liked the hose, but had only used it about a dozen times. I always drained it and stored it in the garage out of the sun and elements. I love lightweight hoses, but I have yet to find one that doesn't leak or rupture in less than a month.2nd UPDATE: The company sent me a second hose when they found out the first one ruptured. I was surprised at their customer service and they didn't want the first one sent back to them. I used it 1 to 2 times a week for over 3 months and always drained it and stored it in the garage out of the sun and elements. I was very happy until the 2d hose ruptured and soaked me last week. Sorry, I can't recommend.

Bad design, falls apart, but they are sending a replacement.
Very poor construction. After less than 3 weeks of owning the hose, and about 6 uses, the hose blew apart from the valve as it was filling with water. After further inspection it appears that the hose is not attached very well to this valve (no clamps of other device to keep it attached). I have contacted the seller for instructions on how to return this product. Buyer beware!***UPDATE!! I emailed the seller and let them know what happened. They were very apologetic and courteous. They are sending me a new hose, no questions asked! Let's hope the new one lasts!

Worked for 30 seconds
Just got hose today, turned on the water and inner hose immediately bulged out to clear blue sausage. It definitely would have exploded if I didn't turn it off. Picture tells the story.

I bought 2 of these after having several other expandable hoses that leaked believing the hype that this was better than the other brands and costing more. I was wrong. After only 6 weeks, one of them has sprung a leak about 10 feet from the end. I would have thought that I could return it but found the return policy for this product is limited to 30 days.

Total junk
Total junk used it three time on the third time hose burst and flood the camp site through the nite. Campground was not happy with meDo not buy this hose

Quality Product
This hose and spray nozzle are high quality. I purchased this hose to replace a "cheapie" that had plastic fittings. Great follow-up by the seller. Thanks!

Very good company to work with
Hose broke after one use. Unfortunately Amazon only exchanges/replaces within 30 days and I was at 32 days. I contacted the manufacturer and after a brief description and a few pictures, they replaced it at no cost, didnt even have me ship it back. Very good company to work with, got my replacement in less than 2 weeks. Just wish it lasted a little longer, but was very pleased the way they stood behind their product.

Crappy!
This hose ended up leaking in several spots after 5 wks which was just out of the 30 day return policy...threw it in the trash
