The Eyes Of A Stranger (The Men of CLE-FD) (Volume 5) Paperback – February 4, 2016

Really liked the relationship with Alex and Dana. She had to fight to get him to admit that he loved her and boy did she go all out. Not a lot of time was spent on the fact that they were different nationalities. Probably would have liked that addressed a bit more. Not necessarily in a bad way but maybe some more cultural things introduced. Really appreciated the way her brother handled the fact that his friend was sleeping with his baby sister. He reacted appropriately I think ... anger, resentment .. through to acceptance. Was pretty realistice to assume he was not going to be a happy camper. The crazy ex-girlfriend was a good storyline too.Good read.

I'm always excited to read another Men of Cleveland FD book and this book did not disappoint. From the beginning to the end, Alex and Dana's developing relationship was wonderful. All of the obstacles constantly being thrown in their path, were distressing, but only made their relationship stronger. As for the two-faced friends, Dana has her hands full, but needs to give a beat-down to two, Chelsea/Linda!! Thank goodness for Alex's "true" fire fighter friends and for Dana's friend Fran and Aunt Bonita.I would enjoy reading a follow-up to Alex/Dana's story, but I'm looking forward to Ms. Lawson-Brown's next book.

Loved the story or Alex and Dana. They meet in a bank robbery, Dana nor Alex got each others name. He kept her calm during the robbery and she told him if they made it out she would treat him to dinner. They made it out but they had no way of finding each other. By chance at a costume party Alex spot Dana sitting alone. Alex ex girlfriend cannot not take its over,she causes all kinds of problems for Alex and Dana. Characters very well developed, this book had a little bit of everything bank robbers, hostages, arson, fights, hoarding, racism, and a lot of Hot Sex.

I can't believe this series has come to an end....I want more the men of cle-fd was extraordinarily awesome the characters were unbelievably real. They made you happy, mad, laugh out loud, cry and scream from chapter to chapter. Your girl you got style and flair don't change i luv it.....more, more, more😊☺😁😀

totally enjoyed this book. my only disappointment was that Crystal. It was not clear what happen where her cousin Luke was concern. You mention that his girlfriend maybe involved in the bank robbery but not if she reported it to the police? Crystal sudden behaviour change throw me off but will be reading again.

Poor Alex just could not get a break! Everything around him went wrong. His only solace was Dana. The woman he helped through a bank robbery. Alex and Dana shared a strong bond even through their toughest times. Great read.

I love the books about the Men of CLE-FD. The woman were beautiful and strong and the Men were strong, passionate and true alphas. In this story I loved the relationship between Dana and Alex they were each others best friend. They faced so much turmoil and I recommend that you read the story to find out. I do have a question, what about Chelsea?

I gave this book 5 stars because it was terrific. I love reading the Cleveland firefighters books. Linda was so pathetic but she could not stop true love. Dana and Alex were too cute together. Keep up the great work Toye!! I look forward to reading your next book.
