Non stick coating has already disappeared, had to throw pan away after two months

I'm a single guy that enjoys cooking, but I especially love breakfast a couple times a week with eggs, over-easy. I've lost count of how many frying pans I've gone through in the years, but I'm so glad I tried this one from Green Pan! I recently bought a couple of Green Pan's saucepans with the ceramic coating inside, and I thought they were great - very easy to clean and care for. So I thought, "why not" try their frying pan? This pan is hands-down the best one I've had the pleasure to use. I've not had one egg break apart or get stuck to the pan, and quite frankly, the cooking surface is so slick, that the first time I was done preparing my hash-browns, when tilting the pan slightly to deposit them on a plate, they slid out so easily and so fast, that I overshot the plate with some of them - I didn't expect such an easy, slippery release! Who needs cooking oils or sprays? Not me! The pan is well made and durable, but not as heavy and awkward as it's cast-iron counterparts. It heats up quickly with even heat distribution, (I'm surprised on how well it cooks on my stovetop's "low" heat setting!) and is a breeze to clean. I'm looking forward to trying other recipes that I have steered away from in the past with my other pans, just to avoid the expected hassle. This Green Pan frying pan is a real winner in my book! Two thumbs up!

I was looking for non toxic cookware and I’m happy with these! I only cook on medium heat which makes these last longer, so I have read! I also clean them with a soft sponge. Love them!

Seems ok but ive only use it once

I've been using this pan as my everyday pan for 2 months and I am so pleased. I make eggs with spinach at least every third day, the non-stick finish works fantastically, and I haven't had a single food item stick once. I only use ghee, making sure to spread it as evenly as I can in the cold pan before it heats up on a 1 setting on a clean glass stovetop. The pan sits perfectly flat. Takes about 10 minutes to heat to a good cooking temperature. When I'm done, I take the pan off the burner to cool, then hand wash with Mrs. Meyer's dish soap and towel dry immediately. I do notice that if I don't dry, hard water deposits seem to stick on the inside coating. I wonder if this is where people are running into trouble with food starting to stick over time. I hope this pan continues to last... so far so good!
