Identiflyer Lyric 140 Birds & Frogs Kit Includes Machine, 3 & 2 Cards set & Case

I was skeptical about this product because it seemed just to simple in function. This is absolutely simple to set up and use. The sounds are distinct and loud and The lyrics are very helpful for remembering. The best feature yet, is when I am listening to the sounds on the patio, the appropriate bird calls back or comes to the patio- cardinals, sparrows, and bluebirds all came when they heard their song played in just 5 minutes of using it. The case and extra sets of cards are definitely worth the money.

Although we had a minor issue with one of the cards and the original unit we received, the seller took care of it immediately and sent us a replacement card and unit. Once those were received we absolutely love this great little tool. We have learned so much and now when we hear a bird it's not just white noise in the background, as we can actually figure out what bird or frog it is. Amazing. I almost bought one of these units several years ago but decided not to due to cost. However, while at a local nature center I was able to see one in use and fell in love with the idea. I suppose had I seen it in action a few years back when I was contemplating buying one I would have realized then it was worth every penny. Lots of time and effort went into making this fine little tool so it is worth every penny in my opinion. I highly recommend it to anyone.

This is an awesome set and reasonably priced for what you get! If you're a bird watcher and want to start identifying their lyrics, this is the set for you. Everything you need to do just that and very very very well made. You get 140 Birds (some are repeated on a couple cards), Frogs, Birds of Prey, etc. All with it's own carrying case and instruction. I am so pleased I got this! Thanks!

I bought this to use as a study aid while taking Ornithology class. It works great, the sound is clear and loud at the highest volume setting. It is helping me tremendously to learn the bird calls. I love the frog card as well!

Love this. Kids have learned a lot from it. Has 2 settings. One that tells the bird names, bird calls, and "talking" version of the bird call. Good for learning and good for calling in birds.

I really like the fact the cards are double-sided so you get twice as many bird songs and less cards. I work as a nature guide and the students lovethe Identiflyer.

I bought this because I am a guide on bus tours to view Bald Eagles. I play the bird calls so the visitors know what birds they are viewing and their sounds.
