Relief for my flat feet and no trimming. I've bought several for all my shoes.

It helped but flattened out within weeks. It is well made and did not raise my my toes where they would rub the shoe itself. I wish the arch had more support in it so it would not flatten so quickly. Aver all a good product.

These insoles are comfortable after working 10 hours. My feet are not swollen they feel great.

All of them are crap

These do a good job correcting for overpronation and fallen arches without requiring a long adjustment to get used to them. Prescribed by my physician and they work well, reduce the amount of pain from walking/standing for long periods. I notice minimal difference among the neutral, low, high, max, etc models they market - all feel and work equally well. Just get the right size to fit your shoe.
