I love Emily's books... not only are they full of delicious, unique recipes that celebrate seasonal ingredients, they contain the most stunning photography that transports you right to the coast of Cornwall. I have enjoyed so many recipes from this beautiful book and have gifted it to many friends and family.

I love this book. I have been lucky enough to eat at all the restaurants Emily has been the chef at on our annual holidays in North Cornwall and she deserves to have done so well. The recipes in her book are simple and straightforward and will become staples in my kitchen from now on.More than that though this book is beautifully written with stunning photographs that bring back so many happy memories. A gem.

This is such a lovely book one of those you want to take your time over and sit with a mug of coffee and enjoy every page. Love reading all the stories and all the recipes look straight forward to cook. The book has lovely paper to hold and turn the pages and lots of lovely photographs of the food and the sea in Cornwall. One of those books to treasure and for it to go on and on and never end.
