Great design and engineering
First impressions last the longest. This unit made a great first impression. It’s like buying an Apple product. Beautiful packaging revealing an equally beautifully designed product. It has clear instructions on the unit itself for those who don’t like to read instruction manuals.It was very obvious Tineco spent a great deal of time engineering this product to be ergonomic. Every part was intuitive to open, close and operate.The unit is heavy but not in a bad way. It propels itself forwards so you don’t have to strain your hand and arm pushing it.Mopping/vacuuming is a breeze. The small clean water tank and the dirty water tank need refilling/emptying more often than I expected. This is not a big deal though.The cleaning is pretty good. The dirty water tank was pretty dirty which meant it was doing it’s job well.Downsides; dirty water tank gets messy to empty if there’s large debris. There’s no clear indication of which cleaning mode the vacuum is in. There’s water only mopping or water and cleaning solution mopping. I mopped with cleaning solution only to realize it was on water only mode. Not sure if this makes a difference but the cleaning solution is expensive in the UAE as there is no local supplier.In summary, this is a quality product that a lot of thought and design has gone into.I will post an update after a few months of use.Update 1: Oct 3rd.No issues so far. Yes it’s annoying to refill the clean water tank or to empty the dirty water tank often but trust me that it’s far easier this way than to regularly rinse a conventional mop head and discard the dirty water bucket into the toilet bowl or drain afterwards.As for the cleaning solution, too bad Tineco Global (actually a third party HK company) doesn’t stock the cleaner (shame on you) but I have heard other contributors using the solution from Bissel. I haven’t tried it as I have friends brining back Tineco’s solution from the US.

Product stops charging after sometime
Had purchased this unit less than 2 years back.Initially used it for a month, worked well.But then stopped using, as had a househelp hired to to do mopping manually, as this unit does well for open areas only.Recently tried to use it, and it won't charge at all, kept it for charging for 4-5 days, but unit is stuck on 2%.Have reached out to amazon customer service, and they were responsive, but then said I have to directly deal with the supplier, as amazon will not support.Have written to Tineco, waiting for a fix within the 2 year warranty period.

Great result, Worst clean up.
I have mixed feelings. It amazing for what it does but I really hate cleaning out the tank. With the a regular vacuum it's easier to clean out, but with this one you have to deal with a lot of muck.

Fantastic product and steller customer service and support (best i have experienced!)
The machine itself is fantastic and a breeze to use. Has been a real mercy and made cleaning floors very easy. What I really want to rave about though is this company (Tineco) simply has amazing and caring customer support. Our unit stopped working and it was under warranty. We registered it with the website, then got to chat with a customer support person who walked us through trying to identify the problem before finding out the motor had malfunctioned. They then sent a message and report to the UAE department to arrange for claiming the warranty. We were told to wait for their emailUnfortunately the email went to spam and I only saw the messages by chance ... they had been trying to contact us numerous times and did not let up even though we hadn't replied. The last message was that the ticket is closed but can be reopened anytime just by replying to the same message.Ultimately, the unit couldn't be replaced or fixed because the company still doesn't have a center in the UAE, so we were given a pro-rated refund, which is fine with us and is fair.In short, I just experienced that they truly do care about customer service, support and welfare and did everything they could to bring about a healthy solution.We are going on vacation for over a month very soon, but when we come back we will definitely buy the unit again ... hopefully the new one will not malfunction, but if it does I am fully confident that Tineco will help us out with whatever is needed. Great company. Great product.

Stopped charging second use
It’s a good machine but stopped charging useless

the item is good but less than a year it is giving me problem
The machine prompts for it to be serviced. It stops halfway when operating. However there is no service centre in Dubai. Will After sales service is required. the My warranty is expiring on 15 March 2023

Amazing !
Mom got one, sister followed and now i got one too.Game changer ! I used to spend hours to first vacuum then mop now with no time the house I clean. No more dirty bare feet I can walk all day without socks at home and my feet are clean :)I tried it 3 times within a week I received it. You have to get used too. The first use the water was super dirty hence have to charge thé water multiple times and discard the dirty water.The second use I did it less frequently but the water was still dirty .Third use water was not soo dirty and the cleaning was faster.The only issue I have faced today is the self cleaning giving me a hard time. Didn’t manage to get it cleaned. Water was spilling on the charging dock so I contacted the customer service and Am still waiting for their reply.Customer service is a bit slow I would expect a faster response.Update 2 months use. I have been using it to clean my house everyday! I have an OCD hence can’t stop using it. Everything is perfect didn’t face any issue with the vacuum so far.Only issue , since I’m using it everyday the cleaning solution is almost finished and I cannot find any available for delivery in dubai :(
