Clear instructions how to use the product. It helps if you have had this done at a salon so you know what to expect. You'll need a decent set of straightners. You can do this on your own but I'd recommend roping in a friend to help.

The worst product been trying to make contact with the company & it’s impossible. Did this treatment for my mum and Nan & there hair has gone awful one now has yellow hair & the others hair has snapped during the process. Both hair still frizzy do not waste your money. I would like a refund. Shocking

I tried this one after having previously used the one you can't wash out for few days, and I have to say- this one is by far superior and for me had better effect. I like the fact I was able to wash my hair quicker and didn't have to worry about getting my hair wet after like I did with their other version. I will stick to using this one now.

I’ve been doing keratin treatments for 15 years. I’ve had many professional salon keratin treatments done and have done many at home treatments. I discovered the Moroccan Keratin brand about 10 years ago but in between I’ve tried other at home treatments. Nothing compares to this. I always return to this brand. It doesn’t disappoint. It was my first time using the express treatment and the results are great! My hair is thin, length is mid back and I’ve been doing a balayage for 2 years now to help blend out my grey hair. I was very worried about the bleached part of my hair but it only made it better! Followed the instructions as they are different from their regular processing treatment one but nothing different than what I’ve had done at the salon before. My hair now is 85% less frizz and my curl is a nice beach wave. I know what I could have done better to complete a full straighten look as I’ve been doing this for years and know where I need to focus more on next time. Highly recommend Moroccan Keratin brand! If you are looking for an at home keratin treatment, look no further and just get this! Other brands can’t even compare anymore to this.

I am very pleasantly surprised this product worked great. My hair looks like it did from the salon. I was a little afraid to do this myself but I followed the directions carefully and my hair turned out nice and straight. I have had my hair professionally straighten so I knew the steps that were involved so that helped. Overall I would recommend this product and it does work great.

Bought this for a friend. She updated me that her hair is amazingly soft and manageable since doing this treatment. She specifically needed this formaldehyde-free formula because she has thinning hair. It also helps prevent more hair loss because she doesn't have to be so harsh on her hair every day anymore.

I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, AT LEAST 5 TIMES, AND FOLLOWED THEM AS PRINTED. STILL, MY HAIR DID NOT REMAIN STRAIGHT AFTER ONE WASH. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. THE PRODUCT DID NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED.
