The Glow-up and Adult-up desk I never knew I needed
The media could not be loaded. I had a corner desk that I initially purchased 8+ years ago when I was still hooked on books, and it served me well. But as I transitioned into design and doing other digital work, my tech was quickly outgrowing the desk, which left me little to no space for calligraphy and other crafts. Let's say ergonomics and organization were not in my vocabulary at the time. I even had a foldable plastic table out when I was switching gears. So I really needed a WFH setup glow-up! I was happy to have found this 2 tier desk that allowed me to see my plants at various height levels. Here are some amazing things about the desk and some things that could improve:What I love:1)THE SPACE! I opted for the 55" x 28" version, and I LOVE IT. I can finally stretch my arm wide, and my mouse can finally move around a bit more than a tiny corner.2) 2 TIER DESIGN -It's wonderful to have if you're co-working with someone and want to share the space. Maybe one person wants to sit, and the other one wants to stand - this functionality allows you to do that. Or if you're a plant momma like me - It gives me a window to see my babies when standing. Also, I hid some of my cables on the non-removable tier for easier access to charge my phone and headphones.3) 0-3-4-5. I love that the 2 tier design doesn't bind you to the height adjustment. You can set the height difference to 0 to have a full table, 3inches in height (what I have), 4inches, or up to 5 inches. At 3 inches difference, it brings the top of my monitor to my eye viewing level.4) NEW CONTROL PANEL. In the previous desk designs, a few reviewers complained of the buttons being difficult to press, and it wasn't giving the feedback they wanted. I'm happy to say that this version's control panel is very responsive. I love that I can have four saved presets all to myself:(1)Sitting and using the FlexiSpot keyboard tray, (2)Standing and using the keyboard tray, (3)sitting and using the desk, and (4) sitting and using the desk.5)QUIET MOTOR. It's a single motor mechanism with a noise level of less than 50dBs. What that means is - it's quieter than your toothbrush. And certainly quieter than any noise coming from my window.6)FAST HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS. I was surprised to see how fast this single motor moved to various heights. By the time I get up from my chair and do simple stretches, the height is already adjusted.7) STRETCHING MY LEGS. One of the things that was missing from my previous setup was having enough room to stretch and move about. With this desk, I can move about and start to kick that sedentary life to the curb. Here are some things I'd love to see improved on this design:1) ASSEMBLY PAMPHLET. Although assembly is fairly easy - I recommend watching the short assembly video Flexispot has on their website instead. The booklet does an okay job in "showing" you where things go, but I ended up backtracking around steps 6 or 7. Not a big deal, but the video will save you time. Also - grab a friend, the legs are HEAVY, and you're going to want that extra help when you're flipping the desk.2)SLIGHT WOBBLE -if you give it a good shake, but that could entirely be my fault or my uneven floor. But overall, it is sturdy. I don't feel like it's going to collapse on me or drop any of my stuff. Honestly, for the affordable price - it's not a big deal breaker and expected.3) REAR TIER - there is a very slight leaning towards the back when you have some heavy tech on there. Since the weight capacity for that is 33lbs - my monitor alone weighs about 22lbs, and my laptop weighs about 5 pounds. With some other nicknacks on the top tier - I'd say I've reached that weight capacity. I would love to see an improvement on the middle bar that supports the removable rear tier, such as extending it t to the side shelves for more stability, especially since it will be supporting most of the heavier tech. OR if you're up for it, upgrade your desk with a sturdier tabletop. This desktop comes with is chipboard, and although it is sturdy, it won't be as sturdy as, let's say - bamboo or natural wood.Overall for the price and size - I'd recommend it.

Great Setup but Poor Cable Management
This is a great value for a motorized sit-stand desk overall a recommend for a work from home solution. Seller support is excellent as well. The best feature is the two-tier setup, which helps to raise the monitor to eye level and still have the keyboard/mouse lower. The biggest issue is the exposed wires and the exposed mounts/screws facing the user with the two-tier setup.Pros:1. The desk has the option to use a two-tier setup as well as a single tier (i thought it was only two-tier when ordering)2. The two-tier helps to alleviate looking down or leaning your head forward3. 4 presets for the height is pretty great and usually not found in this price range.4. The desktop material seems to have a coating that looks like it will resist damage from liquid spills, but likely will have to be wiped up right away to be effective.5. The second tier has a metal beam running lengthwise, which alleviates the desktop from bending from the weight of the monitor.6. The seller is very responsive7. The packaging was excellent and the desk arrived with no damage (would prefer no styrofoam in the packaging though)Cons:1. I used a monitor mount on the second tier, but moved it to the inside corner of the desktop, as it did not seem to be too stable on the outside corner2. The mounts and screw that raise the 2nd tier are facing the user and are unsightly (this could be solved if the desk included a trim piece to hide the mount3. The far side of the desk exposes all of the wires and the desk is best placed facing a wall. (I still have a couple included cable management trim pieces left and will use them to tidy up the cable a bit)

Love the desk!
I agonized over buying the perfect standing desk and I think this one is pretty close. Setup was fairly simple-I did it alone and it took me about 1.5 hours. If you think you may want it to be moveable, highly recommend the FlexiSpot wheels-the casters at my local home store wouldn’t fit. I also purchased the white FlexiSpot keyboard holder and it’s a great addition. The desk is a little wobbly when in the standing position but overall, it’s awesome. Love that I can convert it to a flat desk in the future if needed.

When on sale, good deal. Wobbly in high positions.
Check other brands' reviews about wobble before deciding. My team has a couple different ones at work and by far this is the wobbliest. That being said, the pieces are solidly built except for the screws connecting the particle board work surfaces to the metal cross beams. Be really careful using a drill to screw those in. Once complete, it does move/wobble with just typing. Worse the higher you go and worse still if your monitor stand is itself wobbly.

Highly recommend
I recently bought the FlexiSpot E1FR standing desk and I love it. The desk is strong and It's easy to switch between sitting and standing positions and the desk moves smoothly and quietly. The large height range and has some great features. The desk is a bit heavy, but otherwise, I have no complaints. I would highly recommend this desk to anyone looking for a sturdy and easy-to-use adjustable standing desk.
