You may be familiar with lemongrass as a common flavor in eastern Asian cuisine, but it’s also known by another name: Citronella. However, if this conjures up memories of summertime camping trips, you’re in for a pleasant surprise. Miracle Essential Oils’ Lemongrass single oil still acts as an amazing insect repellant, but with a much softer and fresher aroma than store-bought citronella candles. In fact, this one-of-a-kind plant extract is one of the most versatile on the planet, excellent for maintaining digestive health, putting insomnia to sleep, promoting overall health by acting as a barrier from germs, and of course as a delicious flavor enhancement when taken orally as a dietary supplement. It seems that Lemongrass can do it all, naturally. Add it to your daily routine and watch your mind, body and tastebuds reap the rewards. Suggested Usage: Aromatically - Diffuse 4-5 drops of Lemongrass in your Miracle Essential Oils diffuser. Topically - To repel insects, mix 1-4 drops of Lemongrass essential oil into 1-2 teaspoons of carrier oil and dab on exposed skin. Add 5-10 drops onto an eye pillow and gently place over eyes before bed. Dietary - Add a few drops into your favorite Asian cuisine as desired.

My first experience with Miracle Essential Oils. I found them to be superior quality and have tried their blends also which are just as good. I tried cooking with the lemongrass oil and made a mess of it. Remember, less is more! You don't need to put a drop on every veggie you are roasting. Now that I know better, I would mix maybe 5-6 drops of lemongrass to 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil and brush on whatever roasting, baking or broiling.
