Not compatible with Windows 10
Read and write on the camera is flawless and zero lag, even on video recording 4k and 4k+. However I placed this in this card reader (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZV9J5T2?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details) and it is not recognized by my pc. The card reader will recognize all other media plugged in, both individually and simultaneous items plugged in with no issue. This card however will not be recognized. Indicates a drive needs to be input into reader. I am forced to use "C" cable from Nikon 7 ii to transfer files from camera.

Don't believe the title - NOT compatible with Nikon D850
I should have read the reviews better before I pulled the trigger on buying this. I skimmed the first page and saw that the overall star rating was (at that time) over 4.0, so I figured it would be okay. It worked at first with my Nikon D850, so I thought maybe the negative reviews were older and whatever issue mentioned had been resolved and I was in the clear. I did do the firmware upgrade on the camera before using it. After about 20 shots, it had an error message. I had to eject and reinsert the card every couple of shots to get it to work, and eventually it locked up completely and didn't recognize the card no matter what I tried. I was able to retrieve the images I took before it wigged out by using an external card reader, but I promptly cleared off and reformatted the card and sent it back. Ritz wanted to send me a replacement card, so they clearly didn't read my complaint or seem to understand from multiple reviews that these cards are not compatible with certain devices, even though they specifically list those devices in the title of the item. I said that the same thing would happen again with a new card and I just wanted my money back. At least I was able to get a refund. The old adage "you get what you pay for" definitely fits in this case. Spend the extra hundred bucks for a better quality card.

A Sure Shot. A Fast Shot
With the Canon R5. I’ve been using the standard memory cards which has been fine. Except when shooting in dual pixel mode, the image files are large and slow to write. The Ritz Gear CFexpress Type B card with 256gb capacity performed better than expected. I was leaning toward the Lexar brand. After formatting, it worked flawlessly with the R5. Image file write times has been substantially faster. I rarely saw the black screen with the word “processing” - if I did it was but for a short second or two. This memory card sped up my shoot time. It takes less time to off load the image files to my RAW drive. Truly worth the investment.

Great low cost alternative to CF Express cards
These Ritz brand cards have been working well for me in both a Nikon D500 and a Nikon Z6 ii. Reminders, these are NOT XQD cards but rather CFexpress type B. They can NOT be read by the older XQD readers. The key is get to make sure your cameras have up to date software and then to get the new CFexpress type B card reader. For that, I use the ProGrade brand card reader with USB-C interface. Available here on Amazon as well. Super fast with my Mac. Ken Rockwell first mentioned these cards as an alternative and I have to agree, great value for the money. Just as fast as the other brands and work great. I shoot video on these cards and have used them for several weddings so I can affirm they work well.

Card works fine, except in my D500
A bought this to use in a Nikon D500 (with the firmware update}. The camera just says that the card is not valid. It worked fine using a card reader with both a PC and Mac. Was able to format in both systems, but that did not help make it work in the camera. Not sure what the issue is. I will try it in another camera when I get a chance.

Works great with my Nikon Z6 II
Was skeptical after reading the negative reviews, but for $139.99 - $40 instant discount, I decided to try it (for a 256GB CF Express card). So far it is working flawlessly. Camera upgraded its firmware with this card with no issues. Removed card and used the Ritz Gear CF Express reader with my MacBook Pro - also no issues. CF Express can be a little finicky in MacOS since it mounts like a SSD instead of like removable storage. Lightroom was able to read card contents with no problems.

This card did NOT function, even after putting it in another camera to test it.
I am NOT going to give the company who sold it to me a bad rating because they made good on the purchase ... refunded my money. From the communication I had with them, it sounds like they were not even aware the card didn't function. I tried it in another camera without success as well as in the camera I bought it for, a Nikon D850 which has two card slots ... one for an SD card and the other which takes the CFExpress card like the one I returned. Please know that if you do get a bad item from Ritz Camera, they will refund your money or replace the item. I place the blame on the manufacturer of the card, not Ritz.

so far, so good
A very competitive price compared to the other brands. I bought it for my Canon R5 for still photography and I find it works with out issues whatsoever.I've taken short bursts with the camera snd find the buffer to work fast.Recommended for still photos.

Works fine, *but
Was sceptical at first seeing the price, but so far no problems with my Nikon Z6ii.* Update - Yes, worked fine until I changed my camera battery. Now after every battery change I get a message saying card is incompatible, and to change card!Worrying at first, but took the card out, put it back in, then was ok.Does this after every battery change, have learned to live with it.* Is it a card fault or problem with my Nikon? Who's to know, but I certainly don't want to pay exorbitant prices for 'name' cards to find out.** Also, not the blazingly fast download speeds I was hoping for. Faster then SD card, but not much.
