Love this movie of course it's hard not to like anything with Kirsti Alley

This was a splurge. I have been trying to find this movie for a lower price and finally gave in as part of my Christmas. Wonderful cast. Can't wait to watch it. Shipped quickly.

Like many Carl Reiner movies of this era, this tongue in cheek black comedy is funny. Kirstie Alley deserves more recognition for her physical comedy ability, her talent, demonstrated in this movie, is on par with Chevy Chase.

I like everything.

Ok so I watched previews of this and was like wow look at all the people in it we got Mr. Quantum Leap (Scott Bakula)It's got I was once sexy now I'm huge and Neurotic (Kirstie Alley) it's got Polk High All Star Al Bundy (Ed Oneil)It's got the Deep Voiced Mustached Man (Sam Elliot) The Late Princess Leia (Carrie Fischer )With and All Star cast like that oh and Bill Pullman even with this cast it was less than I expected it had it's moments of funny lines and a decent story but I don't find me wanting to watch it again anytime soon !

If you enjoy comedy this movie is a must. And you get to see "Princess Leia" , too.

I saw this movie when it was first released and liked it then. This is a great movie with a fun and talented mix of well known actors. The main character, Kirstie Alley, is a subdued housewife who just wants to be acknowledged that she exists. Jamie Gertz, plays her quirky sister who tries to get her to stand up for herself. Must see movie.

A good film, I laughed & smiled quite a lot. I happened to come across it some years ago & just happened to watch it. I'm glad I did & I'm glad to have it again to view when I want to, maybe just once each year but to me that is good because I am confident that each time I do watch it, I will enjoy it.

I saw this film years ago and was so pleased to see I could buy it and cheaply. It is a bittersweet comedy which keeps you engaged from the very start of the film. If you like Kirsty Alley, gentle humour and feel good films then this is definitely one to see.

This movie, like Madhouse, gives us Kirstie Alley at her best.Nobody plays desperate, going crazy, can't think straight as well as Kirstie.Jami Gertz, Ed O'Neill, Bill Pullman and Sam Elliott add to the fun as this little tale of an affair and its tragic aftermath takes a comic turn.

Some delivery issues but these were resolved. Happy with purchase.
