Best book to lower tryglycerides
This book helped me so much to lower my triglycerides. If you follow her instructions about sugar and carbs, you will see a huge difference! I lowered my triglycerides from 255 to 126 in a short period following her instructions.

Most useful
this little workbook is the MOST helpful, and informative book for actually understanding what, and how much of the foods I need to eat to lower my triglycerides. It provides dietary information on limiting processed sugar, eating the RIGHT amount of carbs, fats & oils, and fiber. There are workbook pages that help to asses where your eating habits need adjustments. It also has sample menu's to follow, and references to nutritional websites that are useful in the process of lowering triglycerides. Of all the research and reading I've done, this is the best I've found that is actually practical.

You can google everything in this book and it will cost you nothing
I was kind of expecting an inspirational cookbook, not an expensive 75 page handbook, including 15 pages for one time use charts. The info is informative but not at all what I was expecting. I’m sure ms yang is an awesome dietician...a visit with her might have cost me the same and done more good.

Basic information, terribly written
This book is painful to read. Mrs. Yang is clearly struggling with grammar as the book is littered with mistakes (the very first sentence is "Blood triglycerides are fats that normally found circulating in the blood."), but her entire writing style is choppy and awkward. If you can struggle through it you will find some basic information that can be helpful.

Book.
It was good but I felt it could have been better. I was looking for a list of foods to eat and what could lower my trig. I felt it was a little cheesy.
