After downloading the app, I followed the link within it to order this phone holder to take steadier scans. got it fairly quickly, but unfortunately, the thread on the screw for the phone holder didn’t match the support arm. it was impossible to tighten the holder under the arm. It kept slipping off because the threads wouldn’t connect. I sent the item back, and after a couple of messages from the customer service people they sent me a new unit that was perfect to the relatively low price point this is an excellent solution. If you plan to scan a high number of photographs, slides, documents using the app. It holds things completely still, so you can voice activate scanning through the app’s functionality. The arm is very stiff and firm and introduces no wobble that the app has to compensate for. I really like the app, and was disappointed that the first unit didn’t work out, but they were able to rectify the situation and enable me to give this a five star review. I order a lot from Amazon, and frankly anyone can make a mistake. I wouldn’t let that count against them in my review, I wanted to mention it in case this is not a one-in-a-thousand type problem.

Original item had a broken table mount that the flex arm goes into. Sent a one star review because the unit was useless. This was two days ago.With out asking. A new replacement arrived today.The item may have some quality issues,but the company is frustrate. Thank you Photomyne.

The number of positions this holder will deliver makes it easy to use for most every need.

I like it and it shows promise but it probably won't work that well in my environment. I have no suitable table to fit the clamp.

Copying 100s of photos

The arm is flexible and easy to adjust but the connection to my phone - (Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) - is problematic and not very steady. You have to add teflon to screw it to the arm.
