I would have given this a 5 star but after this last use it gets a 1. I used this a hand fall of times and today it just burst mid use.I loved the convince of not having to roll up a hose and the fact that it is so light weight and so easy to store, but alas it is no more.I see by other reviews no one is going to step up and offer me a replacement.

Makes life a lot easier and the plants get watered more often. I bought a little basket at the dollar store and hung it on the water outlet. Now I use it and then put it in the basket for storage..

I love how light weight these hoses are. They are so easy to work with. I ordered two of them at the beginning of the summer 2016 and they are both ruined all ready. The material had gotten ripped somehow on one of them and the hose inside, which is about as thick as a balloon (hence the light weight) blew up (just like a balloon) and busted when I turned the hose on. The second one somehow got ripped as well. I'm not sure how the second hose got ripped. The damaged area is near the spicket so it wouldn't have been dragged on the ground. I don't know if a critter got to it or possibly gypsy moths but I've duct taped this one. It leaks all over the place but is still working. As frustrated as I am about the damaged hoses because they aren't cheap, I really loved them while they lasted.

It sure lightens the load. Much easier to use than a standard hose. I hope it will last as well and not be a constant replacement item.So far, I,m well pleased.

The media could not be loaded.  I was very bummed about this product. I ordered this hose on may 20th and it broken on July10th. The hose split and is useless now. I tried to have it replaced but they will not except returns after 30 days. I would think for a $50 hose, it should last longer then 45 days. When the hose was working, it worked really well. Just don't expect to get a long life out of this product. Bummed!

Great hose, it expends and shrinks just as advertised, very convenient, and the stream is very good. There are a lot of options: from full stream to mist. Love it!

I received this product at a discount for my fair, honest, and un-biased review. The products are not sent to me at random, every product is individually selected by myself based on my ability to actually find function with them in my everyday life, I don't get items I don't need or use.When I first received this product my first thought was wow this all fits in such a small bag. You get a hose and a sprayer nozzle. My first favorite feature was that the hose has a shut off valve built into its copper fitting, so, that you can shut water quick with out turning the valve at the wall. The Valve that shuts water is good for extending the hose to full length at installation, since the hose recoils when there is no built up water pressure. I had no problems maneuvering the hose once it was at full extension, it responds like most hoses will to movements and also kinks and bends. This is my first non traditional hose, so I wonder how long the interior material will last, for now at initial review I'm impressed, but I will update in the future to see how it stands the test of time and seasonal changes. I washed my car with the hose on its first use and it was easy to bring out and real easy to pack away because it recoils to a smaller size as the water pressure on interior decreases. The exterior fabric drys quickly also which is nice to avoid drips and also keeping the fabric from rotting over time.Update: 8-29-2016, only 3 months laterThe hose broke during use, it came apart at the output end and the expanding rubber hose within retracted into fabric outside. I tried fixing it but it just keeps coming off now when pressure builds up making it unusable and a pain to fix every time, like threading the draw string back in your hoodie. I'm disappointing because the hose was real good while it lasted, but 3 months is not long enough. I can't recommend this product anymore.

I have had a few of these collapsible hoses in the past but this one seems to be better quality. When it arrived I noticed a few frays in the nylon coating. I wrote the seller but received no response. It does not affect the use of the hose but could be a problem over time. What i like about this hose is the brass fittings that give it a quality feel. The spay nozzle that comes with the hose is light weight but works well, there were no leaks. If you had a hose with plastic fittings you will appreciate the feel of quality from the brass. The hose behaves like any other collapsible hose but feels i bit more heavy duty.
