Overall good strong build
Overall good strong build with no plastic bits apart from the wheels. Construction is very basic though. You have to put the wheels on yourself but that wasn't very difficult.

Do not waste your money
Don't waste your money on this piece of junk. It's poor quality and there is absolutely no customer support for the item. Amazon direct you to black and decker and black and decker want nothing to do with it as it "isn't their product" someone else made it it just has their name on it. All bolts were done up as tight as possible and fell out after using it over a 20 yard distance and it fell to pieces. Will have to have the bolts welded in. Also does not steer at all and the handle on it is so low its like a kids toy.

Very poor quality useless
The wheel broke after walking 100 meters with a very light box. Brought me a lot of trouble. There's no way to return damaged items and no way to get a refund
