Sounds great on bike. Definitely better than the stock ones. Fit in easy and installed nicely in my old mounts. Definitely worth the money.

I bought a street glide 2011 and it had the original harman kardon player that wasn t playing any sound. I ve replaced it with BOSS ELITE BEHDIN98. When I ve replaced it I realized that speakers were replaced with some cheap alpine speakers that had junk audio quality. I quickly ordered these speakers and wow they are amazing. Please note that BOSS player has a built in amp (not the best but does the job) and can power 4ohms speakers so the original player might not do such a good job. But this combo is the best if you don t wanna invest thousands in your audio system. No distortion at max volume, fine clarity and a little bass too. Very satisfied. So I opened the shipping box and it felt very dirty to the touch, but once I got into the shipping box, the speaker product box was inside sitting in some kind of gravel or cat litter. When I opened the speaker product box, to my dismay, the cat litter substance was also completely covering the speakers inside too! There was so much of this crap, it spilled all over my desk and scattered everywhere. I had to scrape it together with a piece of cardboard to get it in a pile. There was far more than pictured, but you can see what I was dealing with. The cone of my speakers were invaded by tiny particles of this stuff and they were stubbornly stuck there, so I had to make a piece of paper tool to get the little tiny pieces out of the speakers in the cone and side grooves. Ridiculous!Once I got the speakers installed in my saddlebags, they performed great. I'm hopeful they will remain that way and last a long time. I have doubts, but I'm willing to give them a chance. They look way better than the garbage Rockvilles I had in there before. They also have 10 times the performance of the old Rockville marine speakers that stopped working after two years.At any rate, the speakers are good, so far. Amazon needs better shipping control or something. This cat litter (or whatever it is...lawn pesticide, lawn feed, who knows what) should have never ever been inside my product box. That is unacceptable.

Perfect fit in the doors of my Foxbody Mustang convertible, with no modification to the doors or door panels. These were paired with a set of 6.5 Polk coax speakers in the rear. While I didn't need them, the included speaker wire extensions and butt connectors are a nice touch and would come in handy if you're replacing an OEM factory-style speaker connector. I've used Polk speakers for years and have found them to be an excellent value with great sound quality.

Polk went above and beyond with this series! They fit perfect, sound great and bring it all together with a beautiful factory grille badge!!! Im happy!

Awesome speakers.They are so good that if your looking for better do your research and at least compare them to Polk.Somewhere tried to sell me 400$ cicada speakers that honestly are way too close in stats to justify the price. They are not "cheap" speakers, just inexpensive. Try and find a cheaper and better alternative I dare you.

Installed on my Harley, sound great with my 600 watt amp

I have used polk speakers in automotive boat and home situations and have always been more than pleased.these speakers were for my motorcycle they had a better decibel rating and the cone was made of a better material than the factory speakers but at 50 mph I couldn't hear them play and the factory speakers I could hear clear at 65 I was looking for a higher quality of sound and I didn't get that either I'm going to try something else
