Solved my phone problem
I got a new modem when I switched my Comcast cable service from the Xfinity to the Xfinity 1 platform. Suddenly I could call out but incoming calls disconnected when I picked up. I replaced the standard 4 wire cord that I've always used with this 2 wire cord on a tip from another disgruntled Comcast customer who had the same problem. It worked like a charm.

Got this for my HP all in one j4580 don't know what i did with my adapter and could not fax anything. I tried a regular phone line and it kept telling me my fax phone was off the hook. This arrived faster than expected. It also works great with my fax. So I am very much enjoying it.

It solved my problem
I was not able to receive faxes and the technical support person said I needed a 2 wire cord, not the usual 4 wire cord. It worked perfectly.
