Great customer support but not a product to match
I really wanted to like this lock! Delivery was on time as I had international shipping, lock looked good and materials used were impressive. Here are my problems1) Initially I was trying to register to the app, couldn't receive the mobile phone verification OTP - contacted customer support and they helped me sort it out2) Installed the lock, couldn't get it to setup on the app - tried all the trouble shooting3) Master reset button wasn't working on the lock - this was a major step to allow me to connect the app to my lock4) After spending sometime calling internationally the customer support in the US. They tried to give me different solutions to sort it out, but unfortunately nothing worked. They advised me that they could send me replacement to a US address, but since I live abroad, that was not possible. At the end, their suggestion was to return the lock on Amazon as it was defective.I ordered another lock and will install it before returning this one, seems that the company has great customer support (based on my experience and different reviews I read) but the product testing is lacking as I read several reviews of people receiving defective products.
