Can you make this with a headphone output? It would be a game changer for affordable wireless in ear monitoring

1.) You should be able to plug your ear phones into the camera you're using (IF you are using it with a Camera/Video Camera) 2.) If you have a monitor with Audio (even Portable) they are powered by Battery and it also works if you have the monitor wired with inputs from source. 3.) If you're using on stage for wireless singing or other, you should be able to use multiple transmitters or receivers on the same channel for your ear pieces/headphones/

With a mic like a Shure 58, will the mic easily slide in and out of a standard round clip while this transmitter is attached?

xvive u3 , i like to use it with a mixer & power speaker. what about interference?

I am not sure what interference you might expect in your anticipated usage. I have used it with a mixer to an active PA without a problem. However, there is one circumstance in which I needed to use some creative thinking to eliminate some minor interference. I have an active PA that has Bluetooth which allows one to play music from an MP3 player, a smart phone etc. i often use a second PA connected using the amazing U3 instead of running an XLR from the output of PA #1 to line in of PA 2. The interference happened when the U3 transmitter was plugged directly into the output of pa 1 that was receiving the Bluetooth signal from my phone. I found the music would stutter intermittently. I solved the problem by simple using a short xlr cord to distance the U3 transmitter from the Bluetooth receiver. The U3 is amazingly versatile tool. In any scenario if you experience interference just distance the U3 transmitter with an xlr cord.

Can two singers standing side-by-side each use their own u3 (sm58) to transmit to two u3 receivers on one mixer without complexity or frustration?

The Xvive U3 have four separate Bluetooth channels. The mic and mixer ends must correspond to work (mic channel 1 - mixer end channel 1, mic two on channel 2 - mixer end on channel 2 etc). I have 2 sets of these and use them routinely with performers side by side without issue.
