Can not say enough good things about this supplement. I have suffered from compressed discs and acute sciatica for years, missing what totals up to be months and months of work. Countless trips to dr's and chiropractors, hundreds of dollars in copays, advil, back braces and specialty pillows. NOTHING has worked better than a couple days on Tumeric. I think this is a good product. My husband takes it. I tried to take it but I have a sensitive stomach so it flared up the stomach burn etc. after one week, I had to stop using it.

It was ok. I didn't notice a huge difference but couldn't take it to long bc it interferes with my diabetic medication.

After a week, my arthritis in my knees was much better. I ordered more love this stuff
