Italian Forma Formaggio Molds used throughout Italy to form cheese. These molds are durable, but flexible, stackable and each mold has a micro perforation for easy whey drainage. Work horse.
You know what a cheese mold is for. It does that. What I especially like this unit for is its size. It will hold about 8-10 lbs of queso blanco curd from a 4 gallon batch of milk. Also noted that the holes are small enough that I didn't need to line it with a ply ban or cheese cloth.
