Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil (60-Softgels)

I am a real skeptic about anything purporting to be anti-aging or any of the ridiculous claims made by most skin care lines. This is the real deal though. I am almost 53 and if I didn't believe this stuff worked before, I do now and here's why. After taking 3 of the softgels religiously everyday for 2 months, getting compliments about how great my skin looked, I got lazy and didn't buy any more due to the cost and because I was also taking Thera Tears Nutrition, 1200mg Omega-3 Supplement Capsules. I really wasn't sure which one was causing me skin to look so good--- if it was the Thera Tears or Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil. Over the course of the next month it became very apparent that the effects on my skin were real and that this was something I should permanently add to my skin care routine. The Thera Tears worked miracles on my eyelids but I digress. I've looked to buy the same thing in my local grocery store and can't find a better value than what is offered here. This one bottle isn't even going to last a month but I dropped from 3 to 2 softgels a day as a maintenance dose after my skin returned to it's former glory when I was taking them a couple months ago. The change is very subtle, you're not going to wake up one day and look in the mirror and say "Wow!" But within the first 2 weeks, I noticed such a major improvement that I started researching Sea Buckthorn Seed oil and what its properties are and I was very impressed.Sea buckthorn oil contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C which I assume I was deficient in or there wouldn't have been such a dramatic improvement in my skin once these vitamins were replaced. However it may slow blood clotting so stop taking this supplement 2 weeks before having surgery and don't take while pregnant.Pros: skin looks more luminous, overall texture looked better, skin color was brighter and more even. Nail health was dramatically improved. Where before every nail split and refused to grow long enough to even need filing, now they are longer and more attractive than ever. I can't wear nail polish because of my job in the O.R. so this is great. Previously my nails were so broken I didn't want to wear my rings but hangnails are a thing of the past too. The skin on the back of my hands was noticeably improved. No nasty aftertaste!Cons: if taken according to the instructions on the label this becomes a really expensive supplement. I'm able to maintain my skin/nails at 2 rather than 3-4/day so this makes it more affordable.

I love this product. My skin is improving my nails are growing fast, my hair is growing fast also with less hair loss as I am post baby boy and loosing alot of hair after breast feeding. I have noticed sickness has reduced in healing time dramically without antibiotics. It definitely promotes weight loss and I haven't tested blood work yet but I am sure that will also be better with all the omega this offers. Where has this product been all my life? I only use 2 a day it is recommended to take 2 twice a day. This product is worth the money and I have been using for three months. 15lb weugh loss with diet and very light exercise. I am also using this for improved joint health and pain arthritis sufferer at 30 years of age. No immediate improvement seen but I expect a slower process during my next set of xrays. Hoping. Want to see this as a subscribe as save option at the lower sale price.

I have noticed a big difference in my skin. It hydrates your skin.and so far it is working on my low immune system

I haven't used this supplement before. I want to see if it helps to lower cholesterol without medications

My second bottle -- does what it is supposed to do. Also makes skin healthy.
