What are the zinc and phosphorus concentration rates? Are there any dilution charts?

I have a 1989 dodge with a 5.9 cummins and used shell rotella 15w 40 but in just about all oils for highway use they remove the zinc out of the oils.

Could/should this be used on a older worn engine to extend its life? No breaking in. Just protecting the engine for further wear.

If I use this for a rebuild, should I still go easy on the engine for the first few hundreds of miles? Or should I go 70-80% of redline?
