Welded it onto back of 5th wheel to stop it from bottoming out.

So we have a tilted driveway that has a gated entrance to enter our backyard. It’s a hard approach angle. The first time entering we made it, the first time exiting we scraped hard and severely damaged the rear stabilizer electric jack system. I tried the swivel wheel rollers first and shattered one on the first exiting. Moved to these rollers. We welded them to the rear hitch. This saved us. The product is strong. I can enter and exit the yard without worry now. We have a Thor 26.5 motor home. We gently touch down. Roller makes contact for about 3 feet. Perfect. Go slow. Go straight. You’ll make it now.

Working on a project for a friend, we welded these to the back bumper of a sprinter van in order to protect the custom generator mounted beneath the vehicle. Driving up steep inclines, the length of the vehicle presents a high probability the tail will drag. With the generator mounted underneath, it could be damaged or ripped off the vehicle completely.We welded 2 1/2” square tubing “posts” made from 3/8” thick steel to the wheels and then welded those to the van’s aftermarket trailer hitch, ensuring the wheels were slightly lower than the lowest point on the generator. After a couple of test runs in steep driveways, the wheels worked perfectly.

EXCELLENT quality skid wheel. Would not have gotten my trailer up my new driveway without them. My trailer is a 16'x8'x8' cargo trailer. My driveway is so steep that both trailer axles were off the pavement while these skid wheels rolled right up the driveway to allow the trailer to transition onto the steep driveway with about 7,500 lbs in the trailer! Great product, super fast shipping, easy weld on install!
