I have been looking at Beurer products,and especially the IL50 lamp for a while now. Everyone has amazing reviews for the Beurer products but I am one of those OCD people that needs to fully research before committing. While doing the research I came across this massager and though why not give the Beurer products a go, and this is inexpensive so a good trial product.This is just crazy, its so good! Well made, powerful and targets the problem area so well. I have huge back problem and this just targets the problem area so well. No it will not fix your problems, nothing will, but it helps managing the pain and mobility so well.Highly recommended!

For the price of a massage you can have home massages on tap.This is a great invention in my opinion but it does have a couple of oversights, but for the price of it i think it is great value. I think of it as an investment.The massage is provided by four rotating balls, depending on how hard you lean your body weight into it depends on how deep and intense the massage is. One has to manoeuvre ones body to position the areas one requires a massage on. The massage balls have a heated option, the heat isn't instant but takes about five minutes to reach its warmest. through a cotton t shirt you can certainly feel the benefit of the warmth on your muscles. Once it is at peak temperature it really does add to the relaxing and beneficial feeling. Warmth is good for repairing sore muscles.Every few minutes the rotation switches to the opposite direction. It would have been improved if they could be slowed down or sped up, but the motion and speed is still definitely pleasurable.This massage device is especially effective on the lower back. I am a Train Driver and therefore sat on my buttocks all day and my lower back takes the brunt of it. It feels like it really gets the deep muscles and feels great.One thing I noticed is that the next morning my back felt similar to as if I had received a proper massage from a human. Not exactly the same but it felt like some work had been done. It felt good.I think this device certainly delivers a warming deep tissue massage. However on annoying issue i had was the elasticated strap. It will fit around most kitchen or office chairs but because it is elasticated it struggles to maintain its position if one reduces their body weight onto it, therefore slipping down the chair. If it had been designed it with a longer strap with a adjustable buckle/clasp/clip that would alleviate this and actually maintain the position. Despite this it is only a minor observation that does not outweigh how beneficial this product is.I think if I were an office worker I would probably have this permanently on at my desks seat. I personally am using it on a high backed kitchen chair. It is a struggle for it to stay at the top and doesn't really reach my shoulder and upper back as I am six foot tall. It touches it but it is much more effective on the lower back when seated. However, if you have a garden recliner or a gym bench at home it would sit well on the top of that at a slight incline and be perfect for the top of your back and shoulder blade area.I think this massage device is well made and functional. The design appears to be well made and the outside is constructed of high quality textiles. I can't get to the inside to have a look but it feels robust.

What can I say, WOW! This really did help my back when working long hours at the computer. It was a nice treat to have a back rub. However, the only complaint is...it has to complete it's session before shutting off.The added heated option is a real bonus as well!!! LOVE IT!

I’ve no idea what a real-life Shiatsu massage feels like so can’t compare it to the real thing, however I did feel relaxed after using it for a few moments when I was sat working.The power cable is long enough to be practical so was able to sit in different seats around my home.Easy to user, one button control, On, Heat on and turn off.Strapping to chair did not work for me, elasticated but not adjustable, so I decided to use on sofa (no use for straps). Just lean Massage Pillow again the chair and lean back, slowly move the Pillow up your back for an all-over back massage. I found this to produce more of a deep tissue massage than the chair option.Heat did not make much difference, warm but not what I would call “hot”.I also enjoyed putting Pillow underneath as I laid down on bed to massage my upper shoulders.The Heads change direction automatically.I get very tense muscles from using laptop all day and sat awkwardly (I slouch), the Massage Pillow made a instance difference. Will be using this most evenings now.

Ohhhh this is wonderful. If, like me, you get quite tense and end up with stiff shoulders and back, or you just like a good massage, this is brilliant.There are four 'heads' that rotate, with or without heat. You can place the unit behind your lower back for lumbar pressure, under the legs, or higher up the back - place behind you while sitting in a chair, you couldn't lie on it! It's pretty tough, and takes a little getting used to, but boy does it work. It also changes direction of rotation from time to time so just as you think you've had enough, it switches and gets right into the tense muscles.I'll be keeping this out to use on a regular basis to ease the pressures of the day!
