This tool does work and all software needed is included. In previous reviews others have mentioned a included virus, failing to connect, invalid license, etc. This is purely user error. If you are unable to identify why there'd be a positive scan from a AV or troubleshoot simple software problems - it's best for you to go to the dealership. I had a P069E code followed by P12F1/P12F0 after replacing a exhaust actuator on a NPP equipped vehicle. Noted in TSB PIC6289A - a cylinder deactivation relearn and exhaust valve relearn needed to be done. This device allows you to passthrough or use GDS2 to do those kind of relearns. If you are using this on a older vehicle for Tech2 you HAVE to use a 32bit system - virtual machines will work just fine. Take your time and read thoroughly. This device will save you hundreds, if not thousands; so long as it's used correctly. Don't go changing value's on your ECU if you aren't comfortable or don't understand. If your head is screwed on right it's a 15 minute install and you can use this on GM models and much more. Super easy and will be in my garage for years to come. It is advised to also use a old laptop purely for diagnostic purposes. Personally I'm using Windows 10 64x on a old Surface in the photo attached.

I love it. I have actually bought from VXdiag many of them scanners. I use this to program GMCs and Chevy vehicles. So far never had a problem. Great job guys.

Well, I've now spent a total of 6 hours trying to get this to connect. Suggestion. INCLUDE A READ ME FILE WITH STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE!!! Why all the secrecy????

Do not... I REPEAT, DO NOT! TRY TO USE THIS FOR AC DELCO, GM SPS2, AS A J2534 PASS THRU FOR PROGRAMMING, THIS WILL NOT WORK! AC DELCO NOW ONLY SUPPORTS WINDOWS 11 PRO, WINDOWS 11 PRO DOES NOT LIKE VX MANAGER! THE DRIVERS WILL NOT INSTALL CORRECTLY AND AS A RESULT, WILL NOT ALLOW THE VXNANO TO SHOW UP AS A SELECTABLE J2534 PASS THRU... WINDOWS 11 PRO, AS WELL HAS A DEFAULT ANTIVIRUS CALLED WINDOWS DEFENDER THAT WILL FIGHT WITH VX MANGER TOO WHILE TRYING TO GET IT WORKING! AT BEST IT MAY INTERMITTENTLY SHOW UP, LONG ENOUGH TO CONNECT TO "TECHLINE CONNECT" THEN TECHLINE WILL NOTIFY YOU THAT THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION!!! AWFUL, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! PAID $107 TO RENT THE AC DELCO SOFTWARE FOR 3 DAYS!!! LOST ONE DAY OF MY PAID SUBSCRIPTION FINDING OUT THAT NOTHING WAS WORKING AS A RESULT OF THIS DEVICE!!! ALSO THE APP HAS A LOT OF CHINESE DIALOGUE AS DEFAULT... THATS CONFUSING TOO... ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE!!!
