Worked beautifully!
I just started using tofu a lot! Before the press the tofu never retained the flavor as well. 30 minutes in the press and the tofu locks in the flavors I cook it in. Love the press and I highly recommend it.

Die Presse tut was sie soll und sieht dabei gut aus. Bisher hat sich das Holz nicht verzogen, auch wenn, das Tofu-Wasser mal etwas lĂ€nger in der Auffangschale steht. Der AuffangbehĂ€lter ist dicht und das ganze GerĂ€t lĂ€sst sich recht einfach reinigen.Das der Tofu in irgendeiner Weise den Geschmack annimmt, konnte ich nicht beobachten. Da wir viel asiatisch kochen, wĂ€re das aber auch nicht so schlimm. eine kleine Bambus-Note ist gar nicht so verkehrt und das Holz riecht echt gut und natĂŒrlich.
