I recently purchased ADCOM 12x/24x macro lens for mobile phone and found it a complete waste of money. The biggest problem with this product is its inability to focus anything that is more than 1 cm away from it. We would need to kill an insect and then touch this lens to some specific part of the dead insect to be able to bring it in focus. In other words, we cannot use it to take any useful picture of anything. I have 4 decades of experience in various branches of photography including macro photography with different types of cameras / lenses and macro attachments (filters, extension tubes, lens reversal rings and macro lenses etc) and have done macro work successfully. But this macro attachment has been a complete disappointment. The irony is I am not allowed even to return it.

Pictures are good like expected. But the lens cant be fully screwed to clip so i get black corners in samsung s22. Am i only having this issue??
