Awesome sound and build but not made for larger ears.
Very high build quality. Excellent materials used. Very strong stitching. Even the faux leather stretch material is correct stuff for the job with a stitched edge and doesn't become baggy after fitment like the ZMF cowhide pads and dekoni pads I have which stretched out alot after the first fitment and didn't really shrink back to a tight fit.A little pricey for fabric ear pads but as long as they don't change the construction from what it is, I think it's very reasonable value. Driver is close to the ear so lots of mid and treble clarity with refined medium/controlled bass. The only gripe is the earcup inside diameter is too small ~65mm tall. So for larger ears is more an "on the ear" rather than "over the ear" fit. Really wanted these to work for me on my t50rp's as they sound awesome but just didn't fit my ears. Really wish they'd make them 70/75mm tall inside.

An excellent replacement for my worn-out ATH M50x Ear Pads
Got these to replace my worn out ear pads on my M50x headphones. Read a bunch of reviews on what to get and this was a great choice.Sound was an important factor for me and the difference in audio is somewhat negligible, I couldn't switch pads fast enough to make a direct comparison but switching forwards and backwards between these and the old ones, I noticed that the sound stage sounds slightly less wide to my ears, and it requires a little extra power to get the same volume when using the Shure pads. Some of this is countered by the drivers sitting slightly closer to my ears which seem to help with the sound quality slightly. Overall, I don't believe it truly makes enough difference in sound for most people to worry - the other benefits of the Shure pads are worth the ever so slight cost to sound. (Bear in mind I am comparing to a very worn set of M50 pads rather than comparing new with new). The area around the ear is wider (good for people with larger ears who don't want their ears touching the pads themselves) and the pads make the grip on the head feel lighter because of the extra surface area of contact. The pads aren't as thick though so the driver sits a little closer to the ear, which I like. The Shure pads seem to keep my ears slightly warmer and with a little higher chance of sweating, but I believe part of this is down to the fact that the M50 pads were so worn when I changed them that they basically looked like Velour pads. Compared with new M50 pads, I am certain it would be very similar in the warmth and sweat categories. The pads do sit a lot looser on the cups than the M50 pads, not so loose that they have fallen off however. I believe this to be a non-issue.I honestly think that anyone getting these will be very happy with them on M50 headphones.

Perfect for M50X
Bought these as I didn't like the original pads on my ATH M50x's and j wasn't disappointed. They are so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing them when I first tried them out. That's no exaggeration either. They also brought the sound back to the headphones that I lost when I had been using the brainwaves HM5s. A lesson well learned. These are not made for the M50x however they do fit. I would say they are slightly loose but as long as you're not a heavy handed person you'll be fine with them staying on.

They are good and very comfortable - plus the audio quality is ...
Very expensive, considering made in China. Shure and the Retailers must be making a fortune on these. They are good and very comfortable - plus the audio quality is better and probably less sweaty ears. If they were half price I would consider them and enjoy them. In the meantime I use Chinese ones at one tenth the price and they are good.

Great if you can get them on the cheap side
Tried to install these on a Sony Gold Wireless Headset and they do not fit fine at all, even though i kind of got them fitted to some extent and i use them as they are. Product wise they seem ok and they're pretty comfortable as i haven't managed to get any ear sores even after 3-4 hours of use.
