More in-depth review below, but first: I really like this flashlight. I don’t know what the 1 star reviewer experienced but I ordered 3 and was so impressed I immediately ordered 4 more at this low price. Other sites sell this exact model for 2 and 3 times this price. I budget shop all the websites worldwide and simply could not find anything of this quality at this low price point. Also it’s the fastest I’ve received anything from China with free shipping (USA in 7 days, but your mileage may vary).I would categorize this flashlight as a mini pocket-sized tactical flashlight that is a scaled down baby version of the larger super-bright LED tactical flashlights that are so popular these days. Don’t expect a box, manual, or any extras at this great price. Instead it comes in no frills packaging, just the way I like it. All 3 lights I ordered arrived in a single bubble-wrap envelope, and inside were 3 individual bubble-wrapped bags protecting each flashlight. There was not a scratch on a single one of them.The flashlight is made of the same impressively stout, yet light-weight 6061 aluminum as most other larger tactical and professional flashlights. The painted coating (mat black) appears evenly applied and as durable as any competitors’. All the internal threads from the Head-Beam down to the Tail-Cap are cleanly machined and twist smoothly. The focus lens has a hydraulic-smooth glide action. All removable openings include water repelling O-rings. The mounted spring-loaded belt clip may be a bit too firm for some, but is removable by unscrewing 2 small hex-screws.Like many tactical flashlights, the front bezel has hard scalloped edges to be used as an impact weapon or emergency window break, and appears quite capable of same. One quarter way down the body is a series of precision machined heat-sink fins to dissipate any heat generated from running at the full 300 lumen and also enhances the grip. In an emergency it could double as a file.One impressive afterthought (forgotten by many tactical manufacturers) is they recessed the rubberized on/off button deep enough inside the Tail-Cap so the flashlight can be stood pointing up on its end which allows it to double as a standup room lamp or map light in a pinch.Having a military and law enforcement background I know my way around flashlight technology and quality. I’ve ordered my own parts and custom built tactical flashlights from scratch, to include soldering and assembling board level LEDs, drivers, and heatsinks. My point is not to say this flashlight is in that class, but it comes close.For those that know what I am talking about, were this flashlight to ever malfunction it would be worth taking the time to disassemble and repair it rather than trash it like you would one of those basket-bin flashlights at the checkout stand in your auto parts store; yet it costs nearly the same (or less). As for long term durability, only time will tell. I haven’t disassembled it to board level yet, nor have I dropped tested it either, but may do so and report back in this review.In closing I’ll say that I would never recommend this flashlight as a primary duty light for emergency services, but it sure appears it would make for a nice solid backup. And certainly deserves to sit in every emergency bug-out-bag, toolbox, glovebox, gunsafe, drawer and cabinet throughout the house; especially at this price point per quality.

This is not a Surefire lightTo those who know flashlights, it will never be confused with a Surefire, Olight or even a Fenix. It probably will not pass the torture tests that these expensive lights go through on a regular basis. If you tend to abuse your lights and need to trust your life to one light on a regular basis as military or a first responder, you may want to look for another primary light.However, the philosophy of use with this light is best served as a back up or a travel/household light.as this is really a great product for the price. I use it as a backup to the Fenix light that I carry on a daily basis as "two is one and one is none" and if one should break, then I still have an excellent light source. This also would make a great worklightThe light is exceptionally bright for it's size and can emit a tight pattern or open for a larger field of view. As far as torture tests go, I did inadvertently put mine through one when I washed in my pants pocket it in my washer. I found it when it made a loud noise in the dryer. As soon as I pulled it out, it turned on with no problem and all 3 modes worked just fine. I have also dropped mine from a 2 story roof and it still is fineOn a side note, the company shipped very quickly for a China company and I received the items within two weeks. I also had a minor issue with the order and the company worked with me to fix it and resolved very quicklyTo close, I can't recommend this flashlight enough as a back up or a light to keep in your vehicle/home or even as an everyday carry as it will serve 99 percent of your uses and will hold up to a good deal of flashlight abuse..

Good working flashlights but all came moisture laden on the interior - be sure to wipe with paper towel before installing battery .

bright wide light but took a while to figure out how everything worked because of the lack of instructions and obvious ways to make the light work.

I say that because its a tough metal mini flashlight and for 4 bucks you are gonna wanna get a few. They are shipped from china which takes weeks and thats why i would recommend ordering two. Be confident with thos one

Great little flashlight I took a risk and purchased 4 because they were so inexpensive, I couldn't be happier! This flashlight is very bright for It's size, light is adjustable and has 3 modes, it's very solid and well made.
