Since OtterBox stopped making their cases with built in screen protection, and since LiferProof won't have the Fre available until 2029 (it seems they always wait for months when a new device releases before they get the Fre available for sale), this was the next best option. Seems very durable and rugged, and has the built in screen protector (I don't like putting on the filmy type screen protectors, and using cases that don't have it already built in). So if you're looking for something the style of the older OtterBox Defender type cases, this is probably the closest and best option out there, and the price is very reasonable.

The pro: This product is certainly Rugged enough to support Your hardened needs.The cons: rugged case takes away from sleek design.-doses not quite fit in corners so case Obstructs edges.-display shield cuts into sensitivity of screen requiring more pressure on swipes.- design is of or incorrect for silence button. Does not support button correctly which renders the button unusable.I gave it a 2 star as it has some value for those needing a field harden case. Just be sure and Permanently set your phone to silence or leave on prior to locking in the case.

The Supcase unicorn beetle pro case seems pretty solid, honestly reminds me a lot of the heavier duty Otterbox Defender cases I’ve used with previous iPhones and iPads, except it’s about half the price. I think it will protect the phone very well, but be aware this is definitely on the bulky side! The rubberized edges are nice and grippy, although sometimes so much so that it is harder to slide the phone into your pocket. Hoping that with more use the rubber will lose some of the tack and slide a bit easier in and out of the pocket.I have two main gripes with the case keeping me from leaving a 5 star review: 1) the color of the case in their promo photos does not match how it appears in person and 2) the built-in screen protector is pretty meh. The color in their photos appears to be a vibrant, almost metallic olive green, so I figured the phone would still have a little flash to it even if I was putting it in a large case. In person, it’s a drab matte olive green, almost like a military olive green. Not terrible but in my opinion, it is not really as-advertised. The screen protector has taken on a sort of rainbow effect (I noticed another reviewer mentioned the same thing, so I guess it’s not just me!) with use, not sure if it’s skin oil reacting with the material or something else entirely, but I’ve tried polishing it with a nice zeiss lens wipe and even that doesn’t remove it. I don’t think it’s a defective case because it was clear when I received it (before CS asks, yes, I took off the protective film on the inside and outside before putting the case on the phone), but given I’ve made several calls on the phone and held it up on my face for calls, that’s the only thing I can think of to explain it.All in all, if you want a protective case and don’t care that it doesn’t look flashy, this is a solid option if you don’t want to pay $50 for an Otterbox case.

Received my case today 9-21-2019 slapped it on my new iPhone 11 pro max fit like a glove, but only problem is the back kick stand when I go to push it back down after using the kick stand the bottom of it doesn’t clock back smooth I have to press the bottoms two tabs firmly to get it to click together. It’s not a problem for me but I know people will complain about it so just a heads up, already dropped my phone thankfully with the case on, of course the case did it job and all is good!!!!!

I bought my iPhone 11 Pro Max and wanted a very sturdy protective case for it. Wow! This case is a super skin tight fit on the case to keep dust and dirt out and I did a drop test of 3 feet and the phone didn’t even take a hit. I would say this is a military grade phone case.I like that the belt clip is super strong and the easel stand works perfectly in both the horizontal and vertical positions. Being that it is so skin tight on the phone it is a tad tricky to get on at first but I’d say that’s a good thing.I got one as well for my brother who’s a baker and works with flour and powdered sugar all day and he loves it since it keeps all the fine dust out of the phone and the connections.I highly recommend this if you’re an outdoorsman or do heavy duty work.
