FAST&UP Reload - Electrolyte Energy Drink - Sports Nutrition Electrolyte Drink - Effervescent Tablets for Running & Cycling- 20 effervescent Tablets - Lime and Lemon Flavour

I was regularly using Fast&Up Reload during my runs in India. Nice to see it is available in US nowadays. This is much needed during my Marathon Training in Spring and Summer. Berry flavour has ultimate taste. Reload has right combination of electrolytes which helps to restore lost body fluids immediately. Since I started using Reload, I have hardly experienced cramps which was frequent earlier.

I wanted to take some electrolyte tablets with me on a long vacation requiring some hiking and did some research on electrolyte tablets. I decided on these because I wanted the berry flavor. However, I ended up getting the lime and lemon flavor. I may have accidentally chose the wrong flavor...I'm pretty sure it was me. Anyhow, I like everything about these tablets. The lime/lemon flavor is actually pretty tasty, so I'm glad this flavor was shipped to me. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the artificial sweetener, Sucralose (aka Splenda). I wish it wasn't added. It gave me a subtle stomach ache. I filled a 32 oz bottle with water and one of these tablets until it dissolved then shook it around a little to mix it all. However, I was only able to drink about a cup of it because of the stomach ache from the sugar. If you don't have any issues with artificial sweetener this won't be an issue for you at all. From my research, I found that almost all of these tablets come with some type of artificial sweetener. I plan to just use half a tablet in a 32 oz bottle of water. Overall, it's an excellent product. I will be using these up and may buy them again in the future for future travels.

I'm an active person and I workout almost every day, so my recovery is extremely important. I've used these tablets for over a month and so far I've bought them again for myself, and my best friend.The tablets are easy to use and they dissolve well with my night time shake. I used them during EDC Las Vegas and Murph (crossfit workout), and the tablets help bring me back to life 😅I'll update if any bad effects happen to appear.PS. I'm the girl with the red hair 💁🏽‍♀️

It was delivered quickly, no problem there. The only problem was that it had no flavor, and very little fizz.

Liked the absence of artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners.

Definitely a great addition to any gym bag and or emergency kit.

When I compare to some other I had before, this has literary like nothing in (calcium 1.25 percent of DV, magnesium 5 percent, chlorine 3.5 percent). And the sweetener are scratching my throat.Better to make a black tea with a little bit salt in it. Gives you more electrolyte than this.

Tablet does not completely dissolve after 15 miniutes
