We do not recommend eating the herb after brewing the tea.

There is nothing on the can that says caffeine free but there is no amount shown per serving on the can either so u would say yes it's caffeine free

The label says 1 gram per serving =125 servings. The directions as listed in the description say to use 4 tsp which according to other teas of the same type is 5 g per tsp = 20 grams for the 4 cup directions listed. Based on those directions, you would get about 24 cups which is a big difference. I was wondering why there were 125 servings vs all the others of similar ounces and this explains it and also why if you used 1 gram why it would be weak.
