Seems so. The label says Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

This is the best conditioner. Just a pea size needed. I have always had the matte finish. Lasts a long time

Q: Is this the same product as the small round container? I want that one just bigger.

Yes it is. This was the first time I ever saw a larger version of the smaller round one. This is priced much better buying the 17.5 oz.

Q: Does it make a noticeable difference for frizzy hair?

Have used this product for years. I have frizzy hair and this smoothes my hair, makes it stronger and yes...less frizz.
