This is a great tasting tea. I use two or three bags in hot water. It is good as cold or hot tea. The only issue I had with the product was tearing the interior tea bag while trying to open the individual package. I had to tap the bottom of the individual tea package to settle the tea bag to the bottom of the package so I would not tear it open before using it. otherwise it is a great tasting tea.

Tastes very mild, almost like warm water… not sure if it helps but it’s a nice warm drink.

Don't know if it helps B.P. or not because I can't stand to drink it. The flavor is awful. I'm brewing with other very strong flavored teas so I don't waste it.
