Works well on gravity-fed irrigation system.
I bought this unit to use in an irrigation system that mounts on my tractor for watering a new small orchard. With the switch mounted on the tractor fender and this valve mounted inline with the water tank discharge line, I can pull up next to each tree, flip the switch, start my timer, sit back and listen to my music before moving down the row. (Since I couldn't find the 3/4" model at the time, this model takes 2.5 minutes to release 5 gallons of water; I have since purchased a 3/4" model for use this summer in hopes of saving more time). No complaints and works well despite the reduced flow compared to a larger valve.

Worked for a week in brief 130F intervals
I made a hot running hydrogen fuel cell for the car and there is a float valve that turns this guy on. I only drive the car for maybe 2 20-30 minute periods and the liquid heats up to 130 at around the 15 minute mark. The heat from the cell feeds through the line back to this solenoid.I noticed my cell kept filling past the float valve, and eventually filled the entire cell to the top which means I had to take it out so it wouldn't flood into the line and hydrolock the car (it actually did that at one point). It's been leaking. I unplugged everything and it just dripped constantly. It also reverse feeds the fluid from the cell through the solenoid back into the container over night as the level returns to level with what's in the refill reservoir.265 degree rating? Maybe for 12 minutes. It couldn't stand up to the occasional 130 for 5-10 minutes for a week's time. It's also under a strong state of engine vacuum so that doesn't help matters. Next time I'll have to go to an American manufacturer to get something more high end.If you're using it with low pressure and no heat it might work well for a long time. Just not under moderate heat and vacuum. The only way I could use this would be if I used a tube and fin cooler with a squirrel cage fan blowing across it.

Diesel Transfer Pump Shut Off
I waited a while before doing this review because I thought it was leaking. It ended up being a connection that I did not seal up well. I used the liquid sealer for fuel lines and now I have no more leaks. I am using this on a transfer pump on my diesel and have no issues at all. I may update with some pictures when I get a chance. It has worked flawlessly now for 5 months!

Very dependable
This product works great. I installed it under the bed of my 2015 GMC 3500. I use it, in conjunction with an electric fuel pump, to control the transfer of diesel fuel from a 100 gallon transfer tank, to the main tank, while driving.

Works great
Bought for my gravity feed aux diesel tank. Using this valve and a 12 volt fuel pump together to transfer fuel from 90 gal tank in the bed of my 17 F350. I have the pump and valve on separate aux switches, that allows me to just gravity feed or pump fuel if needed.
