Expensive but useful
These are pretty expensive for what they are but they are very useful. We have multiple devices connected to our rack UPS units and this device allows them to all monitor status and receive shutdown events via cyberpower’s own software on windows or via snmp on other devices like dedicated nas units. The email and text notifications are also useful to know when an outage occurs when we’re not around.

Exceeded my expectations!
I purchased this card for my Cyberpower OR500LCD I have at home for my networking equipment. My batteries had gone bad but I did not know it until we had a power failure. Determined to not let that happen again I purchased this card so I can better monitor and test the UPS. The first thing I noticed was it could be installed without powering down the UPS. That was great since my family is constantly using the internet. I plugged it into the back of the UPS, hooked it up and it immediately got a DHCP IP address from my router. I used that IP address to log into the web portal to configure it. Everything worked perfectly. I even set up the email portion so I get an email when a UPS event happens. Very nice. Also there is a small program you can download from Cyberpower that makes updating the firmware very easy. No need to fool with FTP stuff. Anyway I am extremely pleased with the card. I was worried after seeing some of the reviews but my card had no trouble. One hint I would give is to update the firmware first before making many changes to the settings.

Great addition to my ups
Love being able to connect to my ups. Works well. Only issue was connecting the first time. Had to use command line connection method. Software and http:\\ip didn't work.

Works as intended, easy install
This works fine, SNMP follows the standard UPS formats. Mine got a DHCP address immediately. The web interface is a bit lacking, seems to be a front-end to a telnet/SSH session. Only one person can be logged in at a time, and as far as I can tell there is no way to get a SNMP like status over XML/JSON which would be a great feature.I also had troubles setting up authenticated SMTP email notifications, it wouldn't work with the same settings I used on other devices (like the Synology DSM). If I can get that to work properly, I'll raise the rating. But this does the job, and the SNMP works with Synology's network UPS monitoring support.

Remote management simplified. .
Product fully manages cyber power ups systems. Email alerting and SNMP logging. Highly recommend for home lawyers.

Does what it's suppose to
It works, which is good. Took some time and technical knowledge to get it to work correctly. I'm running this in a way to shut down my ESXi servers when I lose power. I did get it working and has been solid since. I will say the overall software is dated and not the most consumer friendly to setup. Documentation is okayish. I would be okay with all that. However for the price I expected something a bit better than what I am got.

great product the price is a little high
Works like a champ and give my company peace of mind and the emails that come in a great and super easy to understand. Even if you not a I.T. person you can still understand if you know how to read, etc..!

Zero issues
We use primarily for SNMP. Zero issues with this card. Talks to Observium and most RMM’s.

Ottima
Scartata ed inserita nell'UPS. Subito riconosciuta e funzionante. Perfetta.

It works
It's a great way to remotely manage your devices that need it. In my case I'm using it on a CyberPower OR2200LCDRT2U UPS system. I would give it 5 stars, but it has two major drawbacks:1) It's quite expensive just to be able to remote into a UPS that I was hoping would already have that built-in capability.2) It's TLS 1.1, meaning that chrome shows it as an insecure connection.Honestly, even given the price, if a firmware updates comes out that updates the TLS version - I'd up this to a 5-star rating. You know what you're paying for, and it just works.

Installed easily, Software Driver does not work
The Power Distribution Network Utility 2 software did not install correctly on my Win 10 machine. So the item is pretty worthless to me. I'm giving the vendor a week to correct the problem and then the whole thing is going back. This is the second issue I have with this vendor. So at this point, I do not know whether the unit works or not. It is just consuming wattage.

Not a reliable product and HORRIBLE customer service.
I have had this now for a little over 6 months and it is a horrible product. I have things set up to shutdown during a power outage. When the power comes back they boot up as expected but this keeps sending a signal to the VM running on the ESX host that the power is still out and everything just shuts back down. I have contacted customer support 3 times regarding this. No one calls back. I sent a FB message. No reply. I would NOT recommend this company or product.
