fregola was easy to cook and very flavorful

This stuff is really yummy. I tried the recipe printed on the bag and served it as a side to somewhat plain grilled chicken; it's perfect and may be even better as leftovers a week later with a little grilled salmon. Star of my kitchen! Thank goodness for Amazon. This is quite hard to find - even in Italy (Tuscany)!

Very good. Cannot find in stores. Israeli couscous is the best substitute but it is not toasted so no color variation with it. This Fregola Sarda looks and tastes exactly as what came with our Blue Apron delivery recently so we are very satisfied. Good stuff!

This product was a little disappointing. The pasta beads themselves were very small in size and not as flavorful as I had hoped. I had purchased this type of pasta for the first time from a small local vendor on a vacation trip, and the pasta was larger and flavor was fantastic! I was hoping to find a product that would mimic that, but sorry, it's not this one.

I bought it because of the Blue Zone minestrone recipes. Very nice pasta. I don't feel I need to buy it again. It's expensive and I think Acini Di Pepe or Orzo (both are pastas carried by most grocery stores) or rice would work just as well.
