Ridiculous
I never in a million years thought i would say that a linear style game would become my favorite game of all time. Dethroning Souls games, Zelda, And every open world RPG i played. I can honestly say Uncharted 4 is literally the greatest game i have ever played.. Im currently writing this review very sleep deprived. I have been playing it for over 14 hours straight. I was expecting an experience simillar to past Uncharted titles. While it is still technically the same style of game. Uncharted 4 is literally uncomprehendable in how good the action moments are, story telling, cinematics, and obviously how graphically superior it is. I typically do not get excited for action games with a linear path. But Uncharted does something i literally have never seen before. Every time you start an enemy encounter followed by jaw dropping cinematics. You suddenly forget you are playing an action game and become 100% immersed in this adventure. My most memorable experience is playing through the section you saw in the E3 trailer. Yes.. Even though i already saw that section in the game prior to playing. I could not believe what was happening. The fire fight was extremely tense, followed by an amazing vehicle chase/getaway.. All while the most insane cinematics/animations were unfolding before my eyes. It was a perfect balance of a thrilling gameplay that got my heart rate up. While at the same time looking at astonishment as things like cars blew up and went tumbling. It all seemed so real. Things like driving into food stands became the highlight of the game. Due to the fact that the way hundreds of items went flying into the air in a way that seemed so lifelike i could not believe what i was seeing. I can not understand how a game like this is achieved on a ps4... I have not seen a high end PC game do what this game does in terms of gameplay, animations, cinematics, and obviously graphics.. The best way to summarize what its like to play Uncharted 4 is perfect gameplay that just feels crisp and very intense, followed by sweet eye candy as you watch the cinematics in astonishment.. If you only play COD, and Madden.. This is the one REAL game you want to play.

it's another amazing game from Naughty Dog
Uncharted for pushes graphics to the limit. All I can say is, it's another amazing game from Naughty Dog. Naughty Dog has officially made themselves one of the top 3 best game developers out there, with their previous release, “The Last of Us”, and they continue to prove how special they are with “Uncharted 4 A Thief's End.” Uncharted 4 is the final game in the Uncharted series and it is the perfect way to end the series. Just be warned, that the game does start of very slow from chapter 3-9, but all the chapters 10-22 completely make up for it. The reason for the slow start is because Naughty Dog felt the need to show what main character Nathan Drake’s life is like after being a retired thief/treasure hunter for 3 years. I don’t mind them showing what his life is like, but it just felt overlong. While chapter 5 was pretty good, 6-9 feel pretty boring, due to the dull environment around you. But once you get to Madagascar in chapter 10, that's when the real adventure starts. There is a lot of driving around in chapter 10, but Naughty Dog made the perfect driving mechanics and due to how amazing Madagascar looks, and how amazing the graphics are, it's like an interactive movie. You don’t mind driving around for so long because seeing the the graphics, the environment and not only that but driving in the mud, just makes it a great experience. Everything boring about the previous chapter and the slow start will be forgotten because of how amazing the game is from chapter 10-22. And every time you end up shooting a wall and driving through some things, it always ends up falling down. Everything is destructible which adds to the fun. As with all previous games from Naughty Dog, voice acting is amazing, character animations are perfect, and honestly if it wasn’t for the slow start, the game could’ve been perfect. There is also multiplayer in the game. Multiplayer is really fun, but it can get boring after awhile, due to the fact that there aren’t many battle stages in the game. The fun comes from the variety of ways you can approach it such as climbing, swimming and using the rope to swing across places, and also purchasables like mystical items, you can call juggernauts to help you out, you can call snipers for help and all that makes it more fun. But the game really is lacking battle stages. There will be more stages in the future as well as co-op, but for now, it doesn’t have that. It’s obvious that the game’s strength is the single player, and it shows, because it has a great story, great character, amazing graphics and art design, and it is the perfect send off for the franchise and another home run from developer Naughty Dog. My final rating for “Uncharted 4 A Thief's End” is a 9/10. If it wasn’t for the slow start, the game would easily be a 10/10, but there is no doubt that this is a must buy if you have a PS4.

Emotional game with great storytelling !
Well, it seems most people here covered the reviews on the game so I will keep things short. Visually, it's impressive. One of the best AAA games out there right now. The story in general once you start it will be impossible to let go of and not finish it. They covered all past games and Nate's adventure around the globe. They show a side of him that deals with everyday life for everyone. Showing his normal life now vs his global treks around the globe. It really makes you see how everyday you wake up like a robot and do the same over and over again and not even notice it. However you see things from his perspective. Anyways, I have not completed the game but currently working on it and in chapter 11 and was blown away by the chemistry all the voice actors have, I would say this surpasses Uncharted 2. The music goes with the flow of what is happening inside the game which really sucks you into the storytelling and action sequences. I have nothing negative to say on it. Multiplayer I was impressed with. Everything in game can be bought or unlocked by using multiplayer points won in game. The only thing is the points unlock items randomly or paying for points to allows you to select them. All stages are free to avoid dividing the community. The MP plays like a mix of The Last of Us and Uncharted 3. You can revive downed allies like TLOU however they have boosters that can be bought in game (gun upgrades, more bombs, helpers etc) I liked the fact that every time you buy an "upgrade" inside the game (RPGs, GUNS etc) they cost more the next time so it avoids being abused. They have a section that teaches you how to use the new items or moves (hooks, one hit kill charge, bombs , mines etc) standards Deathmatch and capture the flag type modes. They also have a section for ranked matches online instead of friendly. It still 'feels' like an uncharted game when playing online similar to UC2-3. I loved The Last of Us but Uncharted has always been fast pace and I was afraid that they would slow down the online in UC4. This time Naughty Dog found a good mix between fast pace action with timing and semi planing similar to (TLOU) so that made me happy. This time the online is fun and feels challenging not just run and gun. The online is also stable (I have 100 down and 26 up) results of online stability varies case by case but even a friend who has 50 down and 6 up stated that it was very stable.

Take a bow,Naughty dog! A brilliant achievement in the world of gaming!
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End - PlayStation 4 Uncharted 4 has been nothing short of breathtaking story-telling with a healthy dose of nostalgia of the series blended together into a bowl full of picture-perfect visuals! Ever since the credits rolled out, there was a feeling of despair because this is truly the end of one of gaming's most loved series and protagonists. After having played through the game multiple times at varying difficulty,I would be confident in saying that some of the most read review websites seem to be clawing at the game desperate for some flaws to point out. However, my only advice---IGNORE THEM! Step back and realise that a journey like this series and a finale like this game are rare even in the movie Industry. Let's start with the most important thing in present day gaming - Story - 10/10. Without making it like a Fuller House cringe-worthy first episode with famous characters crammed onto one stage with cliche dialogues,Uncharted 4 touches on memories and characters in a very meaningful way.The story is definitely sometimes predictable but "hey, its an uncharted game!Did you expect space travel?"(Wait, didn't the developer say they had an idea for an uncharted set in space but dropped it?") Old and new characters make appearances and the story moves in a way with enough twists and turns and shocks that keep you hooked and playing chapter after chapter.Master storytelling! Graphics - 10/10.Naughty Dog.Uncharted game.Need I say more?Maybe just one.Once I discovered the photo mode option,I couldn't stop clicking pics! That says a lot about how gorgeous the game looks if I am actually pausing the game to click snaps! Sound & Voice Acting - 10/10. Henry Jackman (the music composer)gets it perrrfect with the background score and the voice actors do a great job of making your experience truly immersive in every way!Great writing and great voice actors! This game is truly one of gaming's greatest achievements. One that leaves you wanting more of the characters and their stories.Uncharted 4 has achieved the perfect balance of capturing moments of pure human emotion followed by a torrent of bullets and enemies from all sides! Uncharted 4 is a game not just worth your time but deserves your time!Be a part of the history and go play today!

Gaming Marvel!!!!! Thank You Naughty Dog :)
"There must be a beginning of any great matter, but the continuing unto the end until it be thoroughly finished yields the true glory. --Sir Francis Drake, 1587" Naughty Dog .. Take a Bow.... One Word: Masterpiece Or Epic Or Classic. I am falling short of words to describe this game. The most satisfying games I have ever played after Uncharted 3 and Last of Us. Uncharted 4 excels in every department the Graphics(Stunning, surreal), Voice acting, Story Line, character development ,the Soundtrack(Henry Jackman you are awesome). The conversations between the characters, the back drop story line just fits in how Nathan became a Drake. The characters are so believable not just in appearance, but also in depth. Which is what makes this game so close to everyones heart. The only down side of "A Thief's End" is bidding a tearful farewell to the most loved character ever on a gaming console. We will Miss you Nate. Thank you Naughty Dog for raising the bar again and again. You are your own competition and no other gaming studio comes close to you in delivering the most amazing games I have ever played or will play. Be it Uncharted 2 , 3 or Last of Us. You have been immense. I am not sure if I can play any other game with the amount of excitement and fervor with which I played this game. Hats off to the effort!!!! *****Spoiler Alert******** To perfectly sum up my feeling after I finished the game, there is a conversation between Sam and Nate where they discuss about their feeling of "Emptiness" after every treasure hunt. Yes thats how I feel after such an amazing experience this game have given me over the years, I am not sure what to do next. I feel empty without Uncharted and Nathan Drake. This game is worth every buck and every second you spend on it.

Great Game, but not without its flaws and drawbacks.
Let me get this out of the way, Uncharted 4 is a great game. It is NOT the best game in the series, but that doesn't stop it from being a great game. The visuals are breathtaking... easily some of the best graphics I have ever seen in a game. The characters animations are top notch, the explosions look amazing (and there are a TON of them), and the environments are stunning. The action when its there is a lot of fun and there are some seriously incredible set piece moments that are a blast to play, the problem is that they are just too far apart and the game that is inbetween them is only average. It is very linear, but if you have played Uncharted before you know that, and it doesn't bother me in the least. The issue I have is that there are a lot of very slow portions of the game, especially in the last 1/4 of it, and a LOT of repetition. It often feels like you are doing the same thing over and over again with a different background. How many pieces or wood do I need to move to get past by jamming the triangle button, or how many times do I need to boost my companion up on to the next cliff, by hitting the triangle button. This game would have gotten 5 stars from me if it had added more of the stealth/action/shooting sections to the game. There were a good amount of fun and usually gave you a bunch of different paths you could take to complete them.. go all stealthy and try and sneak through while silently taking enemies down, or go in guns blazing from the start. Each area seemed to have a lot of different paths you could take to move around it, there just aren't enough of them. It also felt like the game fell back on the old, bridge breaking under you, or piece of cliff you are hanging on breaking mechanic way too many times. You began to simply expect it during ALL the climbing sections to where it didn't even surprise you any more, just became kind of annoying. Now again, these problems only take away slightly from the game as a whole, this is a GREAT game, it just isn't the best game I've ever played or even the best game in this series (Uncharted 2), but I do strongly recommend the purchase and thank Naughty Dog for another amazing journey. I'll miss Nathan Drake if this is the last go around for him, but at least he got a good send off.

Absolutely Unbelievable
First off I'd like to say I've been an uncharted fan since the very beginning. I've played every game and then replayed them again. I decided to buy the Nathan Drake Collection so I would be able to get the full experience again before playing the new one. I definitely recommend doing the same to anyone. It was a total blast to play through all the old games again especially since they were remastered. That really set the mood for the new game and allowed me to really connect with the characters. Now on to the actual game. So for starters the game is different yet very the same to the previous games. There are new mechanics that were added that actually work very well. Now this is a very story driven game. While there is multiplayer, it definitely isn't the main point. The multiplayer is surprisingly good and is huge improvement over uncharted 3's multiplayer. The story itself is amazing. It is much longer than the previous ones. It took me close to 13 hours to complete on the regular difficulty (note that I did explore A LOT and that if it was just casually played through it would take closer to 10 hours.) Speaking of exploring, this game is also much bigger than the previous games. I often found myself going off course to search for some hidden treasures and collectibles. The graphics are also absolutely gorgeous. I could definitely tell that my ps4 was being pushed to the limits (do to it sounding like jet engine most of the time.) All in all, I couldn't be more impressed. It's very easy to see why companies like gamespot were giving it a 10/10. That is truly the rating it deserves. It was an amazing game and it has truly earned a permanent place on my shelf with my top five games !
